“Excellent assortment of fresh produce and groceries. The in charge of the Bakery was helpful and approachable. The store is kept tidy. There is always something on sale here. We came from Brampton for an appointment here and did a quick shopping and while leaving we picked up some sandwiches from the Deli ready-to-go section. We all loved the quality of the food. Acton is fortunate to have this store. I'll shop again here.”
“I have been bringing my mom grocery shopping here for over a year now ever since my dad passed. Everyone that works at this store is polite friendly and very helpful. I can ask the grocer that works there any question and he knows exactly were it is or if they have it or not. We got so friendly with each other we joke around with each other now. My mom always goes to the same young cashier everytime we shop there. She is very polite young lady with lots of manners. She knows my mom so well now that they have long conversation while I bag the groceries”
“Store is clean, products generally good, produce very good. However, for the love of whatever is holy to you, TRAIN YOUR YOUNG/NEW STAFF HOW TO PROPERLY PACK GROCERIES! I know from talking to staff you don't give them any training on this. (eg cans and bananas, nope). Even if you don't have your own corporate videos a 2 second search on youtube finds many choices and 5 minutes on a laptop screen in the breakroom would be of great benefit. When you don't train your staff you're only setting them up to fail.”
