This is actually very sad to see how easy stories can be twisted! I usually don’t engage in these type of things, however as a client and witnessed all this in the branch, and this lady (mother) was very vocal about going to google, so I decided to come here and check with my own eyes to find the sad reality we live in! I witnessed this branch manager patiently asking questions and finding alternatives to help her adult daughter while she was simply not cooperating and being disrespectful and full of attitude! To add, I have been visiting this branch for several years and that manager is always with the most genuine and bright smile always helping everyone! Hope this helps the readers!”
“My experiences at Parama have always been fantastic. I have been banking with this credit union for decades and I honestly can't find anything negative to say. Whenever I come in I am greeted with a smile and by my name (unlike most other banks). I do all of my banking here and hold my mortgage with them as well. Another great thing about Parama is because as a client you are a part owner of the credit union they return back some of the yearly profits as a bonus payment (% based on interest paid on the loan and interest received on savings). If you do find a lower loan rate at another institution Parama will do it's best to meet or beat it. You just have to ask. Also most services are free of charge like cheques, bank card purchases, etc. Check them out. You won't be disappointed!”

“Very nice bank for elderly people, they are very patient. Many older people can be found sitting in the waiting area and holding court, and nobody bothers them. Personally I like this. Also, young children are running around and having fun while their parents may be navigating tough financial discions, well that'a cool too. Maybe you have no patience for this, but for me I found it cheerful. That said, it's still a bank, nobody is here to make friends. Much respect to Yuri, though; promote this man immediately. As a former QA analyst I was very impressed by his ability to make small talk during down time/waiting then pivot back to the business at hand without seeming rude. He was also able to oversee tellers struggling to understand the complexity of my situation while remaining very cool and professional.”
“I wanted to say a huge thank you to Rosita, a financial advisor who helped my friend who just arrived to Canada to open a chequing account in a matter of 30 minutes or less as we showed up at the branch without an appointment (which I don’t recommend but it was a bit of an emergency). We were on a tight schedule and Rosita understood it, opened an account right away while providing all the necessary info, figured out my friend’s needs right away and showed great professionalism and skilfulness along the way. Rosita is a great employee and, no doubt, a crucial part of the TD branch team. Thank you so much.”

“After going through a TERRIBLE experience with telephone banking giving me wrong information, followed up with a visit to the weston road and lawrence location giving me even more terrible information, I ended up at this branch where I was helped by Marjorie. That being said, I feel sorry for branch representatives, they have to deal with issues all across the board… simply because they are client facing unlike other line of businesses within the CIBC (corporate, business, estate, wealth, etc.).
