“Best pet food store in Niagara Falls. I make my own raw cat food from Urban King mix. This mix is all natural and balanced for cats and is difficult to find in pet stores but the manager at the Portage Road store orders it in for me so I have a supply when I need it. For me service is tops and the service at Global on Portage Road is exemplary.”
“It's kinda middle of nowhere. But it has many exotic animals such as lepak gecko, axolotl etc. Staffs are very friendly and it can be educational.
One thing to note: it's not an exhibition. It's a shop.”

“I’m one of the regulars at this location lol
They have a great selection, yes, BUT - I specifically go to this location because of the staff. Their customer service, their knowledge, and their honesty are just a few reasons why this store gets my business. If they don’t have an answer right off the bat, they find out immediately. They also throw in some samples for our dogs to try out. They really show a lot of respect and appreciation for their customers. I love going there and I always look forward to seeing what’s new in store. ??”
