“brought my shih zhu at 10 weeks old for a puppy cut, he was a little fur ball, he received a summer adult dog cut, does not even look like shih zhu, he is my little fur baby, so disapointed, if I had seen him among other dogs I would not know he was my fur baby... sooo sad, I think it was a rushed cut, face is not even cut, I should have been called before taking all his fur off”
“Always friendly and well priced. But the store is very dirty. It needs a very good top to bottom clean and regular maintenance going forward. Birds also in smaller cages and require more room..”
“Fantastic place!! went in and was in a FOUL mood I dropped a few f bombs and was just in a terrible mood., But I was met with the kindest woman not only was she so nice to actually inquire how my day was and why i was in a mood but after I told her about my bad day she actually went outta her way to show my small buisness support and shared my page to help me get some new clients and I just thought that was soo kind not many ppl go out there way but to offer me support especially a complete stranger so now I have a new friend in tina and shes fantastic so great job on hiring genuinely kind ppl shout out dillion aswell he was the other worker and was also very kind and chatted with us .5 stars !”

“We recently adopted a rescue dog so I've gone to Pet Value on Fitch Street Welland numerous times in the last few weeks. Yesterday was again a fun experience. Every time I pop in, I'm always asked if I need help with anything. They're always helpful with making the right choice. Yesterday, Jamie was amazing with my search of specific items. He asked to see a pic of my dog and the whole staff engaged in fun conversations about each other's pets. Always a pleasure visiting this store.”
