“The Welland location is our third shopped at and across the board the customer service was amazing at each one. The apparel lines are all good value, given their quality, and will last when treated with TLC. Also I do like to see more and more offerings that are “made in Canada”.Fall 2023I have been back several times since my last posting, above, and always have received courteous and very helpful service and advice, with no pressure to buy/forcing a sale. My most recent experience(s)— twice within the past two weeks, I went in, once to use my Laura birthday gift (20% off slacks and top) and back again when the store put more items on sale for 20% off. That pair of denim jeans left behind on the first visit came home with me along with one more pair of denim jeans, a sweater, a blouse and a Tshirt ?.”

“Some of the staff come off as a bit snobby while others are great, I guess it depends on the day. I’ve came here a few times and found some really good things for a decent price. However Ive tried to bring in brand name items per the sign near the cash register stating the brands they like to buy and they don’t take it even after they told me they were good items?Update: I’ve been back numerous occasions since my previous review and they’ve took more items than before. In addition the girl with medium length brown hair is lovely im not sure what her name is! Although sometimes the prices they offer for items could be better, for example 60$ for almost 600$ worth of boots. Although I understand they have no control on how their system prices things it just kinda sucks.”

“I went in because I had purchased a dress that I wanted to exchange for a size down. There were 2 sales associates that were behind the desk that I spoke to and explained my situation. The one tall woman explained to her co-worker that she'd be in the back due to not wanting to be on the floor and left her co-worker, who seemed a bit nervous (maybe newer), to do the exchange without support.The young woman who did help me is named Jessica. She was incredibly sweet and kind, and tried her best to help me in a timely fashion. She explained to me that, while they don't have my dress in-store in the size I'd like, they can ship it to my house without me needing to pay for shipping. She set everything up for me, double-checked the style, size and all my information with me to make sure everything was okay, and I was even refunded some of my money as the dress was on sale for Black Friday.Lovely experience! “On the day I went in - Fri Dec 15th. There was a helpful person in the change rooms. Found me find my size when I didn't see it.& then I kept the jeans on I wanted to buy and wear immediately for work and figured I could just pay and leave but there is security tags obvv that they need to take off and they cant do it when you are wearing the jeans lmaoo but the awesome woman at the front cash helped take the security tag off with me in the jeans still so i wouldnt have to go change again!! and helped me cash out quick when I was being one of those "running super late" people. “Bought all my new college clothes here, I liked all of them however one of the drawstrings in my cargo joggers ripped out already and I didn't even pull that hard, I'm not sure what to do if I'm able to get an exchange or if it's not returnable anymore due to one of the strings being missing.Although, great store, employees are kind and always ready to help, will definitely be back in the near future!”
