“This is, by far, the cleanest and most well organized convenience store I have ever been in. Chandra and Farida are always welcoming, and their staff goes beyond measure to make sure you are always looked after. The true meaning of 'convenience'. Well done!!”

“Not sure what everyone else's problem is. I go here at least once every few weeks for ice cream and snacks. Always greeted pleasantly and just about everything you could need in the store.”

“I recently visited Wooler’s and was pleasantly surprised to find new owners who were incredibly kind and polite. They’ve revamped the store, adding a fantastic mobile accessory section along with a variety of everyday essentials. But the highlight of my visit was definitely the handmade pizza—they make it right on site, and it is absolutely mouthwatering! If you haven’t been by in a while, I highly recommend checking it out. You won’t be disappointed!”

“I am really happy with the new owners and I've also noticed that some of the prices have come down since they've taken over, also all of the shifty things that were going on have ceased with the new owners! Ignore the bad ratings and give this place another chance!”

“The staff are friendly and helpful! Hopefully will be staffed with 2 people all the time to handle the number of people that frequent this place to avoid the long line up at the registers!”

“Extremely convenient location, not so convenient prices, and long gone are the days of 24h convenience stores, but it's so close that I can walk over and return home in a bit longer than it takes to smoke a cigarette.”

“Generally good service. Fair prices for snacks, drinks and the like. There is a small but noticeable markup on essentials such as paper towels, light bulbs, garbage bags, baby wipes, etc. Drink and snack combo sales are welcome, and they stock local dairy products as well as cheese curds weekly which is nice. Employees are helpful for the most part. Owners are very nice and have a good attitude for customer service.”

“I’m new to the area and walking home my phone died, stopped to ask for directions and the lovely gentleman behind the counter offered to let me plug my phone into his charger. I really appreciate it, thank you so much!”

“I’ve stopped at ONroute Trenton many times, but this visit felt different. Driving alone through the snow on my way to Waterloo to pick up my son after his first semester of university, I grabbed a BLT bagel and a hot coffee from Tims. A simple, familiar stop that added a bit of warmth to a meaningful winter drive — thanks, Tims.

[Reply to the Owner] Thank you for the reply. It added a bit of warmth to a long winter drive. I’ll stop by again.”
