“The engine to our car spontaneously caught on fire on New Years Day just as we pulled up to the gas pump, which was the worst place to be to have that occur, obviously! The station manager came out, swiftly called the fire truck, assisted with fire extinguishers, and helped my husband pull the burning vehicle away from the pump. He secured my baby and I inside the station and had us lock the door so the smoke wouldn't get to us. He let us stay there for two hours and closed his business in the middle of the day to keep everyone safe. He called the fire department, who ultimately put out the growing fire and the tow truck and gave my baby and I food and water as we waited for our relatives to come from hours away to get us. It went as smoothly as you could imagine a car fire at a gas station would go. It could've been a very dangerous and uncomfortable situation, but with his help and others nearby, everyone was kept safe. I'm sure he lost a lot of business that day, but didn't make mention of it.”

“I read some of the other reviews and all I can say is ouch. I've never experienced any major issues here, but perhaps I've just been lucky. I come here mainly to get the kids slushies and snacks.What I don't like is that most of the time, some of the more popular slushy flavors don't work. Like today for example, the Coca-Cola flavour wasn't working...”

“Ah, the Bradford Husky that is now actually an Esso, but still has a "Bradford Husky" sign at the parking lot :-DEvery time I've stopped here for a washroom break or even a short nap in their parking lot when traveling and could no longer keep my eyes open, they've been great. They are a truck stop, so seems like they're OK with people parking in their lot for some time for a break.Staff at the gas station has been polite and kind every time I've visited over the years, I like that they have some truck accessories like radios, headsets, etc. There is also a diner there that I've never tried (maybe one of these days). I've never seen it be busy, but as long as it's still in business, it must be doing something right.”
“Mr Satish working at night here is amazing. He helped me thoroughly to my car wash app which was having issues for few days. Store looks neat and clean. Hats off to this guy. He’s a very respectful guy and deals with customers very nicely.”

“Shell is a gas station and I use them all as long as they have some rewards I'm okay with it and shell has Air miles so technically your getting the price of gas a little cheaper they also carry drinks snacks ice cream and don't forget your lottery tickets.”
“The car wash is very good. The moving tracks without rails is a nice touch as your rims don’t get scratched. The free vacuum cycle with a wash (maybe only comes with their top wash) is an added bonus. Vacuums are very strong.”

“Sometimes me and my friend would bike up a steel hill for 40 minutes to get to this gas station whenever he came over just because we were bored. We'd always get snacks from here and the guy there was really friendly.”
