About CIBC Branch with ATM

The CIBC Branch with ATM is a reliable and customer-focused financial institution. The staff are described as very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to assist customers with their needs. The branch is praised for its good service, but the limited hours, with tellers closed on weekends and weekdays closing at 5 PM, may not be convenient for some customers who work regular business hours.

Visited this branch a couple of times last week, both during busy hours and quieter moments. The service was consistently great each time — staff were helpful, patient, and handled everything smoothly. The location is convenient with easy parking, which makes quick visits simple. A reliable branch with friendly service.... read full comment

By past experience, the customer service at this branch is slow. Location has limited hours and their bank machine wasn't working when I needed to use it.

Only one ATM, and just one teller working even at a busy time of day.
