“I bought a product in Walmart at Nepean. It was a patio set. It was not working fine and I came to blair walmart, but I dont have a receipt for my purchase. So CSM guy named siva is very efficient in his work. He contacted the store from where I had purchased and got the reference from that store on that particular date and accepted the return for my purchase.
He spent lot of time and finally make sure the customer is happy with their purchase.
He is very particular and helpful at his job and atlast he had given me the return on the item in a gift card. There should be lot of employees like him in walmart. Good to know him.”
