“Wish I could rate higher. Car broke down today and waited 3 hours for a truck that never came. After calling again for a tow, my friend Miron pulled into the lot I was broke down in. I thought he was there for me but it turns out he was done for the day and just getting his groceries. After checking with him he decided to clock back in and help me after my ordeal and save me from another 2 hr wait. Miron was such a professional and willing to go the extra mile. I wish I had cash to leave a tip. I’ll find you one day my friend and repay your kindness.”

“I recently took my vehicle into this carstar location as my vehicle got hit while parked (fairly minor damage). From the very start of the process everyone was super polite and helpful with the one handling my claim was Kriss. Kriss was very helpful and quick to find a replacement bumper free of charge too!
While my vehicle was in for repair communication was great, he let me know the stages of the repairs along the way and even went out of his way to point out another minor issue with my trunk and offered to take care of it for free as well. On top of that they took car of a little cosmetic issue on the hood per my request. Overall my experience at this location was amazing and I very much recommend going here. Thanks again to Kriss for making the process seamless.”
