“Wish I could rate higher. Car broke down today and waited 3 hours for a truck that never came. After calling again for a tow, my friend Miron pulled into the lot I was broke down in. I thought he was there for me but it turns out he was done for the day and just getting his groceries. After checking with him he decided to clock back in and help me after my ordeal and save me from another 2 hr wait. Miron was such a professional and willing to go the extra mile. I wish I had cash to leave a tip. I’ll find you one day my friend and repay your kindness.”

“Was stuck downtown with a flat and haven't ever had to use a towing company. Called this company based on reviews and was super happy with the service. Jeff was great and ended up making a terrible day a little brighter.”

“We purchased a used vehicle from Faicel. He was professional, responsive, and accommodating. He provided us a fair price and excellent service. This was the first vehicle we've purchased in Ontario, which is much more complicated than what we're used to being from Alberta. Faicel made the process easy. Highly recommended.”
“Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Eli , Adam and Jack ( the younger guy ) as we were told 😉 for the help they provided to my husband and myself today .. we were in Ottawa shopping and all of a sudden we were leaving to come home and my husbands truck wouldnt start.. I walked over to see if they could boost us but the problem was the starter and so they gave a few hits on it ( not easy access) and then it started .. thank you very much for your services guys .. we truly appreciate it 🙌 🙏 .. there are truly some good people out there !
Billy and Angel 😊”
“I've had occasion to use Aleks' services twice and am confident in giving them my full recommendation. Excellent work, timely, reliable, honest and fairly priced. I also love that it is a family business. Nice people to boot!”
“In an industry where customer service can make all the difference, the management team at this collision center truly stands out. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with respect and professionalism. They took the time to explain the repair process, managed expectations honestly, and followed through on every commitment they made.
Good leadership is reflected in the entire operation, and it shows here. The staff are knowledgeable, organized, and clearly take pride in their work. My vehicle was repaired beautifully, delivered on time, and the overall experience was smooth and stress-free.
It’s easy to see why this shop has built a strong reputation. Exceptional management, quality repairs, and outstanding customer care. I would not hesitate to return or recommend them to family and friends.
Thank you Abdullah and team.”
“I had my 2022 F8 Green Dodge Challenger Scat Pack repainted at CARSTAR Manotick and they did an excellent job, with significant attention to detail. The color matching with the existing paint was perfect. Ted and the rest of the staff were very easy to work with and communicated updates in a timely manner throughout the whole process.”

“I recently took my vehicle into this carstar location as my vehicle got hit while parked (fairly minor damage). From the very start of the process everyone was super polite and helpful with the one handling my claim was Kriss. Kriss was very helpful and quick to find a replacement bumper free of charge too!
While my vehicle was in for repair communication was great, he let me know the stages of the repairs along the way and even went out of his way to point out another minor issue with my trunk and offered to take care of it for free as well. On top of that they took car of a little cosmetic issue on the hood per my request. Overall my experience at this location was amazing and I very much recommend going here. Thanks again to Kriss for making the process seamless.”

“I had an excellent experience with Ontario Towing. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The pickup and drop-off were right on time, and I really appreciated receiving a photo of the vehicle while it was being towed, along with updates confirming when the towing was complete.
Excellent communication and service. I would definitely recommend Ontario Towing to anyone looking for a reliable and professional towing company!”
