Blue Line Taxi offers reliable and affordable services. Customers can trust they will get a fair price with estimates often significantly lower than other companies. The taxis are well-maintained and drivers are always friendly and courteous. Drivers are knowledgeable about the city and provide door-to-door service for a smooth and efficient trip. They accept Amex. The company provides prompt pick-up and courteous service, with shared driver locations and notifications for arrival. In one instance, a driver returned a lost mobile phone to a customer's door, demonstrating great service. However, there are also reports of unrealiable service with no drivers picking up and incorrect time estimates.
They are very well priced and have been on time during our stay here in Ottawa

Had a good experience being taxi shuttled from YHM, Hamilton airport, to our home in Burlington. Our driver Naveed was very agreeable, attentive, helpful and a safe driver. Our needs were well met.
