“Went into Mark’s to get some christmas shopping done around 1:50pm today. When i got to the cash the one cashier i believe her name was Heather she was busy with a customer, there was a line of probably 6 people behind me, Heather called for a backup cashier to come help and she had to call for a backup cashier 5-6 times. Heather was absolutely amazing and helped the best she could with how busy she was and she was very apologetic for something that was out of her control. but i think some of the other staff needs better training for customer service.”
“While I was at the store, I had trouble finding larger size shoes in my size. I had asked the store associate for help, and she was quick to help. I pointed out a couple of shoes and styles I liked, and she had taken the size and style and began calling other stores to check stock. I was able to find a couple of other locations with my size and styles. I was given the option to ship them to the store I was at or go pick the shoes up. The associate went above and beyond, and I will definitely return in the future.”
