“Service at its best! The staff all know the store like the back of their hand - the staff go out of their way to ask you if you need help - it’s a great example of solid customer service! We always try to go here before anywhere else - it’s that good”

“I don't think I have ever been to a Home Hardware where the staff are this friendly. lol. As soon as you walk in you often have a staff member approach to help you find what you're looking for.
One of them went out of their way to call the Caledonia store to see if they had a $3 plumbing part when they saw it wasn't in stock”
