“Went there today to look for some special fasteners for hollow walls. I was asked by a staff member if she could help and took the time to direct me to the right spot and looked with me. Another staff member assisted as well. It was sure a very good experience compared to the "other guys". Good old fashioned customer service will keep me coming back. The store was large and had everything plus it is Canadian. Thank-you”

“Don't ever count out these small hardware stores, first off it is deceptively big inside lots of various inventory. Staff came over to me and asked if I needed help which I found a plus right away. They had exactly what I needed .I was driving through but I will definitely make an effort to visit here first before going to another town's hardware store. First on my list!!!”
