I really like this place. They keep it clean, temperature is fine. Staff is polite an knowledgeable.

Excellent people and atmosphere .most machines are in working condition .for the fair price it is effective gym

Kinda run down but gets the job done
Equipment breaks down and seems to take weeks/months to fix
Has a musty smell (air quality isn't the best)
