“I had a very pleasant shopping experience here this past Sunday. I was looking for specific items I saw online and a very nice sales lady (name started with an S) helped me find them, got my change room together, switched out the sizes I needed and even provided feedback on which items looked better than others. I try to avoid shopping in person due to poor customer service you find in most stores these days, but not here. I really felt this sales lady went the extra mile. Also, the lady checking me out at the cash did an excellent job explaining the dynamite app and how to earn points to get discounts on future purchases. I look forward to shopping at this location in the future:)”

However, the 2 staff members , one who had served her the previous day, was very helpful in making the necessary adjustment. They handled the transaction with such kindness and concern , that I'm sorry I did not get their names to contact their manager and say how much my neighbour appreciated their help.”

“I visited this Garage location last week and had a wonderful experience. I went in looking to get a second pair of Garage’s sweatpants in another colour but I had removed the tag so I was unsure what the style of pant was. I explained this to a sales person working that day and she quickly pointed me in the right direction after identifying that I was wearing the ‘Boyfriend’ style sweat. I was very impressed by the knowledge of the sales people in the store and with have quickly they assisted me. The dressing room staff was also very helpful while I looked at different size options. The professionalism and kindness experienced during this shopping trip was great. I will be shopping there in the future.”

I had been putting off pants shopping and was dreading it, but Jessica was an amazing help! I have never had such great customer service. She was attentive, gave me honest and valuable perspectives about the different styles of pants and how they suited my figure. I left the store with 4 pairs of pants that fit and look great! “Eddie Bauer is a great clothing store for men and women. Their clothing is quality and is a true fit. Their 60 day return policy is good.
We order online, knowing we can either return an item by mail, or bring it to a local Eddie Bauer store, for the return. This policy keeps us coming back often to purchase more of their clothing and accessories.”

Gordana allowed me to take my time browsing the wide selection of dresses and didn’t rush me at all. When I was trying on the dresses she was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of great tips. She knew that I wasn’t ready to buy my dress on the first visit and she wasn’t pushy at all.”
