“Joelle's by Ally is my favourite place to shop, bar none. Where do I begin?
The clothes - the selection is so perfectly curated each season that I save a ton of time just stocking up here rather than store-hopping, and I feel great about supporting a small, woman-run business. I'm constantly getting compliments on pieces I've picked up here.
The experience - the store itself is beautiful. The website and online shopping experience is also terrific, shipping is fast and they make returns seamless.
The staff - so warm and welcoming, always bringing that personal touch. They have a great eye for fashion and take the time to make suggestions you might not otherwise have picked for yourself, which I value so much. Some of my favourite pieces were recos that I would never have taken off the shelf. They are also very friendly and down to earth. I brought my 6 year old daughter shopping with me one day and Ally made the experience so memorable for her, it was really special.
Overall, truly my favourite place to shop, consider me a lifer.”
“Lily was my fitter today. I have to say, she was the best fitter I have had in some time. She understood what I was looking for, and provided me with many different options. “I’ve been shopping with Lace and Envy for about a Month now. I’ve had 4 orders and each item has been great quality and super cute. The orders were dropped off to my home within days of the order being placed or arriving in store if it was a preorder item. I’ve always received friendly emails to let me know the items were delivered. Can’t say enough about this small lical business. Just ordered an item as a gift and can’t wait to see what the recipient thinks of the item. I know she will love it.”

“I love supporting local businesses that have nice things to look at or to buy. I've bought a few items from this boutique, including bathing suits, PJs, and dresses. Since items are higher end so expect to spend more money, but the sale items can be heavily discounted if your size is still available. Sometimes it's only the owner at the boutique so just have a look around yourself and don't be too demanding. Let's support local businesses!”

Right nearby is Vape Valley & Co., easily one of the best vape shops in Burlington. Super clean store, huge selection of disposables and pods, and they’re open late which makes it perfect after a shopping trip. Staff are also really helpful and take their time with customers.

“Had an amazing experience with Larry on Friday. He helped me to select a suit for a wedding the following day. He brought us through the different styles, materials, colours, etc. for different temperatures, seasons, and occasions. He was helpful in narrowing down the choices and even got the fit close enough that I didn’t need alterations for my last minute purchase. I should also say that this review is long overdue seeing as he’s helped me at least twice before with jeans as well as Christmas shopping and was very attentive even during the high traffic time. This time, we had trouble picking between the final two options for a suit, but fortunately there were two other associates that poked their heads in to weigh their opinions and we landed on the classic style to get more longevity/value. They were all very friendly, helpful and dressed to impress which made it all that much easier to trust their opinions. Seriously - Larry rocking the double-breast and his colleague with some sweet boots and a very elegantly dressed woman. I would definitely check this place out and will return myself.”
