“Went to this location for the first time and was impressed with the amazing customer service of the two staff and the manager Akira. I have been a Levi's customer for decades, buying all my Levi's jeans from Levi's stores (the non-outlet stores) and I am yet to encounter someone so knowledgeable and so passionate about Levi's products, the fabric and the history of Levi's, as much Akira. I learned so much from him and I now know that I won't buy any other jeans than Levi's jeans. Akira explained everything without trying to be pushy or salesperson like. Levi's company, if you are reading this: you should get staff like Akira, to train your other staff. As a customer, I will go back to this location because he and his staff provide honest opinion.”
