Puppy's orientation today - and I was more than thrilled with Linda's gentle handling, advice and the final hair-do. Puppy is soft and smooth and no mats ! I am always afraid of the end result with any groomer but now I am not - Linda is awesome - and her grooming room is - as far as I can tell, one dog at a time - so it is not scary or chaotic. She is very transparent in what she does and asks questions about what you would like. There are no closed door secrets here - like some places near by. I found Linda by chance and am so glad I did.

Not only did she make room in her schedule she did an outstanding job working on our new family member Zoey. Her attention to detail and dedication to providing an amazing grooming experience for Zoey was evident during the outstanding job she did. We would not hesitate to go back again which we will along with recommending her to anyone looking to have a their dog groomed! Thanks Lori for the great job on Zoey. She looks awesome and feels much better too.

765 Yonge St, MidlandThere is a fantastic team here at the clinic. We had great experience everytime we went in. Our dog just passed away at 17.5 years. She probably wouldn't have made it that long without their diligence monitoring her kidney disease and heart murmurs, and offering preventative care also. We typically did as much as we could but I never felt the vets pressure any treatments and often provided alternative options.
