Pennybrooke Professional Pet Groomer
54 Isabella Dr, OrilliaI took my 7 month old Chinese crested powder puff to Karryann today for her very first grooming. She was so badly matted from having to wear a surgical onesie for so long. Karryann did an absolutely wonderful job of making her feel comfortable while she cut away all the mats. Maia will definitely be going back there as we work to get her coat where it’s good for both the dogs health and my vision of her. I really appreciated Karryann’s honest input about what was good for Maia even though it meant not getting the look I thought I wanted.

Petstyles Plus
9 Laurentian Ln, OrilliaLisa is amazing with my little ones. I have an 11 year old dog who has joint issues and when I moved from Mississauga to Orillia back in 2018 was concerned about finding a groomer who would be able to deal with her.She is very attentive and before each session asks if there is anything new that she should be aware of. She treats my little ones like they were her own.I like that she does not have lots of dogs waiting. I bring both my girls in and I know that she concentrates on them. Reflected in the price but she is worth every penny!!! Would not take my little ones anywhere else.

Pet Care
Colborne Street Pet Hospital
77 Colborne St W, OrilliaWe WERE customers of this clinic and of Jo-Anne's for 30 years. 8 pets. Excellent service. Never a complaint. Open during Covid. Great! However, I was never so disappointed as the day I called , this summer (2023), to make an appointment for our dogs to get some shots. I was told the wait was over 3 months, like I was an unknown client! I was then told in no uncertain words that there were multiple vet clinics in Orillia taking new clients and was in fact given the name, address and phone number for two of them without requesting any of it. It was all very rude and matter of fact.My wife and I discussed this disturbing response from our long time vet clinic. We took this as a PFO!I called back to make sure I got the response correct and was told the same a second time.So we did PFO to another vet, actually closer to us. We are happy so far, it's only been 3 months.Too bad. I hope JoAnne knows what her staff is doing. No one ever called us back.Mike Tucker

Pet Sitting & Training
TopDog's Mutt-e-Ssori
63 Dunedin St, OrilliaExcellent daycare, training, and boarding option! Our pup was very wary of strangers at first, but it only took a couple of visits before she learned how much fun TopDog's is. Her tail goes straight up in the air every time we head over there, and she has had a series of excellent overnight stays! The staff are very caring, knowledgeable, and put a lot of effort into organizing fun and training. They make our dog feel safe and loved, and I couldn't recommended them more highly!
