I’ve only been to this Newmarket store a few times for odds and ends over a significant period but each time I was greeted by a front-line staff member named Kay who has proverbially knocked my socks off with her Customer Service acumen. Always smiling and cheerful she makes the mundane reality of retail checkout an enjoyable experience.
