“I stopped by this Esso station on 16th Avenue yesterday afternoon to fill up before the holiday rush, and it was a straightforward experience. The pumps were all working fine, and the area around them looked clean despite the slushy conditions from the recent snow—someone had clearly shoveled and salted the ground. I popped into the Circle K afterward for a coffee and a few snacks; the store is a bit narrow when it's busy, but everything was stocked and tidy, with hot drinks ready to go. The attendant was polite and quick at the counter. It's conveniently located right at the Bayview intersection, easy to pull in and out even with traffic, and the touchless car wash was running, though I didn't use it this time. Handy spot for a quick gas stop in Richmond Hill.”

A special shoutout to one of the employee working late evenings. He’s name is Sanjith, just incredibly hardworking and polite gentleman. “Consistent cheaper than most stations as Shell is rarely the one to drop prices compared to Esso and Petro Canada. Only downfall is the exit you need to make a U-turn if you need to go back towards Bathurst. Great pump layout and design of the station makes it easy to get around people waiting on the pumps. Shell 91 V Power is the way to go with 0 ethanol!”

“I came in at around 8PM Aug 16 and the place was excellent! Everything was tidy and neat so I bought a few snacks and they tasted amazing! One of the employees helped me find the stuff I was looking for and was really helpful, she made me a fresh coffee as well. You guys are lucky to have these kinds of employees! She was doing so much work and being so kind, I even thought she was the owner of this place! I hope to see her again next time, she's very welcoming and a great worker! I'm definitely going to come here again soon, 100% recommend coming here.”

The pumps were all functioning smoothly, and the lot was cleared of snow pretty well, making it easy to maneuver even with the winter mess around. I went for the touchless car wash afterward—it handled the salt and grime nicely without scratching anything. Inside the Circle K, things were organized and clean, with fresh coffee brewing and the basics in stock. The cashier was courteous and efficient, no long wait despite a few people in line. It's right at the Major Mackenzie intersection, so pulling in and out is straightforward, even on a busy day like today. Handy location for locals in Richmond Hill needing a reliable stop.”
