βi was there on Friday and unfortunately an aggressive and dangerous driver hit my vehicle. I also witnessed a black lady with anger issues being very racist to the staff of the gas station. The staff here were so patient, cordial, respectful and willing to help. Thank you!β

βI stopped by this Esso station on 16th Avenue yesterday afternoon to fill up before the holiday rush, and it was a straightforward experience. The pumps were all working fine, and the area around them looked clean despite the slushy conditions from the recent snowβsomeone had clearly shoveled and salted the ground. I popped into the Circle K afterward for a coffee and a few snacks; the store is a bit narrow when it's busy, but everything was stocked and tidy, with hot drinks ready to go. The attendant was polite and quick at the counter. It's conveniently located right at the Bayview intersection, easy to pull in and out even with traffic, and the touchless car wash was running, though I didn't use it this time. Handy spot for a quick gas stop in Richmond Hill.β

βThis station is very busy every time . The store is neat and clean . Gas prices always low as compared to the other ones . All staff are nice Specially the girl named Nisha working there . She is so kind and managed store very nicely whenever i came there she handled each and every transaction very well even in the rush hour . I usually buy the lotteries and gas in the morning or in the eveningβ
βThe people who pump your gas for you at this location are some of the NICEST of all people! They always show up to your car with a nice big smile and a warm hello. They are fast and always ask if they can offer anything else to you. I will only go to this gas station not only because they pump the gas for me, but because they are so friendly and show the best customer service!!!β

βWent into this store today for the first time and Josh , the employee was super friendly and kind ! He greeted me with a big smile and was kind enough to help me with some new food items that have just arrived at the store and what they were all about .

βI swung by this Esso on Bayview Avenue this afternoon to fuel up and grab a quick coffee before heading out for holiday errands. The pumps were all functioning smoothly, and the lot was cleared of snow pretty well, making it easy to maneuver even with the winter mess around. I went for the touchless car wash afterwardβit handled the salt and grime nicely without scratching anything. Inside the Circle K, things were organized and clean, with fresh coffee brewing and the basics in stock. The cashier was courteous and efficient, no long wait despite a few people in line. It's right at the Major Mackenzie intersection, so pulling in and out is straightforward, even on a busy day like today. Handy location for locals in Richmond Hill needing a reliable stop.β

βBeen to this location quite a few times, the staff is always very friendly. We go in there for the slushy quite a bit. Never had one problem. Shelves are always fully stocked and slushy machines are always full. And they always have a great selection.β
βConsistent cheaper than most stations as Shell is rarely the one to drop prices compared to Esso and Petro Canada. Only downfall is the exit you need to make a U-turn if you need to go back towards Bathurst. Great pump layout and design of the station makes it easy to get around people waiting on the pumps. Shell 91 V Power is the way to go with 0 ethanol!β
βThere were 2 girls working there and one of them provided amazing service by Aisha. However there was another female which I haven't seen before maybe a new hire, the scent coming off her was very strong 🤢. Hygiene needs to be number 1 priority.β

βMiss gas station seems to have the best prices for an Esso in my neighborhood though I only go at night. Today I dealt with the Circle K employee over the phone and then in person. He was very professional and gentle in his manner. He helped me with my needs kindly and patiently. I can’t quite remember his name, but I think it is Aviali?? But I’m probably completely wrong.
