“Wonderful place. Lots of fresh halal meat options beef, lamb, chicken, quail, duck, turkey, and organ meats as well. More than a dozen types of fish. Lots of spices, also Shan masala. Loads of traditional sweets from Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Turkey and Gulf. Great people who run the store. Cooperative and polite. Home delivery available for orders above $35. Now I will get meat from this place only.”

406 Barrie St, Kingston“We moved to the area about 6 months ago and My fiance always went to Circle K, I went a couple times but their staff was so rude I hated going so one day I decided to see how far it was to Store Famous and turns out we are equal distance from Circle K and Store Famous but the staff at Store Famous are so much friendlier, the cashier even engages in conversation with my extremely talkative, over energetic three year old., and they have a great selection of stuff and some things you can't find in other places ❤️ prefer them over any of the local little shops*** it's asked me if this location has changed and no it's still as amazing as ever ♥️”

277 Bath Rd, Kingston“Staff extremely helpful and always smiling. Very clean store. Lots of product to purchase, very well stocked. Prices not too bad, could be a little bit cheaper. I will shop there again.”
“I didn't stay in Kingston long enough to have the leisure to visit the business, but the window caught my eye. For those who don't know, it's a small grocery store offering mostly Chinese products. Apparently we can find some pretty unique stuff there!! So, tell me some news!”
“This little grocery store has everything I need and more. The staff are friendly, they have a good selection of food both local and otherwise, and they have a fantastic butcher shop. I've never written a review before but I felt the need to for this store, because it is genuinely one of the best parts about living in the area.”

1200 15, Kingston“Nice to have a store so close. This location is big, clean, and bright. Has all the things you would find in a discount grocery store. There is no deli or bakery, but they do have fresh, roasted whole chickens. The store always seems busy, but the lineup at the checkouts is never too long.”
“First - be aware of the price of items in your local grocery store and your ability to consume all you purchase at Costco before it rots. Gas prices are always better at Costco than elsewhere. Go to the butcher and ask for a 10 pound chubb - this is a 10 pound bag of ground beef - it's a mix of all the beef they ground - it averages 92 to 96% lean. I generally do this in the summer when hamburgers on the grill are what's for dinner... a lot. Recently got a great rental car price - rented a Grand Cherokee for 5 days for just under $500 including tax - without it - it would have been over $700 before tax. Be a good consumer- do some leg work”
“Just a quick in and out for a few things. The self checkout was not working properly (could have been the user? ) and the staff member was so very helpful and got me checked right out quick and easy.”

1225 Princess St, Kingston“It's not our normal grocery store. The store was a good size, well stocked, wide isles and live cashiers. Prices were ok for their type of products. Lots of parking and easy exit. Busy traffic area, but has a traffic light at their exit.”

“They have a wide variety of items. Most of the prices are good, but occasionally you can find better. I find it to be a great place to do all of my grocery shopping.”
“This is my go-to store for groceries. The staff is great and everything is clean and easy to find. I like everything about this place except the cost of butter etc... but I doubt that is set by the franchise owners. I wish they still offered empty boxes to take away groceries.”
“Aug 28, 2023- An expensive grocery store for the most part; just checked out their grapefruit. Anywhere from $0.79 (FreshCo) to $0.99 (Farm Boy). At Loblaws you can pick up the very same grapefruit (from South Africa) on sale for $2.50 each- if you buy more than 1; who can afford it! $2.59 each if you only buy one! Roblaws is an apt name.”

395 Earl St, Kingston“Currently live close by. Me and my housemates as well as our neighbours make regular trips there. They’re a small store but pack alot inside to provide a decent selection. Their prices are reasonable for a convenient store. They are on par or cheaper than metro for most items. Owners are very friendly and they are open late until 11pm.”

310 Barrie St, Kingston“I love the staff here!! They remember your face, anxieties, and recipes. I know their next nail inspirations and others real career.Working for metro many lives ago, I make it a point to address everyone by their name, most surprised ? because someone took the effort and time in observation to do so.It's the little things.I've got a list of whether y'all are still willing to write customer feedback or praise ? ? on the whiteboard for the associates to see!I'm all for uplifting with some pretty rad truth bombs for some pretty patient and spectacularly... badass peops! ?”
“First time shopping here because I was told it was expensive. I was surprised by the great deals and amazing quality and wide selection of items . All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, I will definitely be returning.”

They are great individuals, very kind, happy to help and are always smiling. Makes me feel appreciated and really happy. I hope they see this review. You have most certainly earned my business. Keep up the good work, folks. ?”

33 Barrack St, Kingston“I'm a regular customer, staff are always friendly and helpful. Product selection is pretty good considering the size of the store. You've stopped carrying three products I wish you'd bring back.- Tilex Daily Shower Cleaner (there is no competing products) (the manufacturer is back making it after not because of covid) (Clorex product)- Hawkins Cheeses of Belleville- Parmasian cheese, in decent size bag, in refrigeration section at back of store, sold for around $10.99 or 11.99 I think. Was discontinued recently by your store. Thanks,Ed”
“Top notch produce and great international items, spices, this place has everything and if you don't see it, ask and they'll do what they can to get it for you. Worth the drive.”
