I am in Winnipeg and needed a pair of suit pants for an August 15th wedding. The pants were sold out online and the Kingston store had the last pair in Canada. Kyle was so kind and worked creatively to find a way to get these pants to us. So many of the other stores said that that there was no way to help us. “The staff here are amazing! Ordered part of a sweatsuit in store, and another part online because they didn’t have my size. My online order got cancelled by Roots Canada, and I was extremely disappointed, as I wanted the matching pair. I brought the sweater back looking to exchange/return, and they found me the pants at another store, in the size and colour I wanted. Staff were absolutely lovely and went above and beyond.”

“I went to this location on November 11th to look for a winter jacket. I found what I wanted at a great price but it wasn't available in my size. I asked if any more were available. The staff were very helpful and when they were unable to find my size ordered it online for me. It arrived a couple of days later and is exactly what I wanted!”
