“After a lifetime of running and other athletics my knees and feet are shot. Just had one knee replacement. So I’m very particular about proper fitting shoes. And I found the right place at Runners’ Choice. Christine, the owner, measured my feet correctly and took into account my knee and foot issues. She had me try on several shoe models but neither of us were completely satisfied. I was placed on the list for a pair that she thought would work. Once delivered she arranged to fit me at home as I had just had that knee surgery. She brought several more shoes including the order ones. Talk about service-she came to my home! I bought the New Balance 880 version 15, 2E. Very happy with the service and shoes provided. Great independently owned Kingston business. Worth our support.”

But what truly sets this store apart is their exceptional customer service — honestly the best I’ve ever experienced.
We accidentally left our bag in the store, which contained cash and gold. When I called, Ben handled the situation with great professionalism. He asked the right questions to make sure I was the owner, and then went above and beyond by shipping the bags to Toronto at their own expense.
