“Surprisely this store had great items. I went in to buy one thing and ended up wanting to buy everything. The store is pretty small but the prices were great. I saw nice dishes, pots and pans.There were many other items available. I ended up buying a whole bunch of CD's. For young people those are round ? things that contain music or audio ? I got about 10 cd albums for about $10. The also had items for children like toys and close for about $1.The big stores like value village and mission thrift are much larger with more inventory but this store has much better prices. I am a book collector and the had awesome books available. Books from Rick Warren, Tommy Barnett and others are all in the book section for $1. Wow that's a great deal. Although the book section is fairly small they have a number of really good books.I must admit I almost didn't go into this store as I have found the small thrift store tend to be terrible with high prices. This place was great with low prices.”

“The staff here are amazing! Ordered part of a sweatsuit in store, and another part online because they didn’t have my size. My online order got cancelled by Roots Canada, and I was extremely disappointed, as I wanted the matching pair. I brought the sweater back looking to exchange/return, and they found me the pants at another store, in the size and colour I wanted. Staff were absolutely lovely and went above and beyond.”

“I stopped into the Kingston store on my way home and it was a very nice store. As I was brousing around a girl by the name of Brittany asked if she could help me find anything. I said I was just looking around but then found a pair of jeans I really liked and asked if I could try them on and Brittany showed me to the dressing room and said if you need different sizing just ask I'll hang around within ear shot. Well I ended up buying the jeans. She was very polite and not pushy like alot of sales ppl. I will definitely go back to buy from the Kingston store again.. . Very nice girls work there.”

“So normally we shop here for some of my partners clothes and we as a rule have been met with mediocre help of any. Most times at this location it's like pulling teeth to find things or get assistance. On the rare occasion we do though.Today is the exception to the rule and Zoe was a wealth of knowledge, friendliness and was absolutely the best employee they've ever had at any of the stores we've visited from Toronto to Ottawa. We both were super impressed and would highly recommend seeking out this gem if you're ever there.
