But what truly sets this store apart is their exceptional customer service — honestly the best I’ve ever experienced.
We accidentally left our bag in the store, which contained cash and gold. When I called, Ben handled the situation with great professionalism. He asked the right questions to make sure I was the owner, and then went above and beyond by shipping the bags to Toronto at their own expense.
This level of honesty, responsibility, and care is rare. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!”

“I am so thankful for Kyle and his staff at the Kingston RW & Co store. Kyle has gone above and beyond to help me out of a bad situation. I am in Winnipeg and needed a pair of suit pants for an August 15th wedding. The pants were sold out online and the Kingston store had the last pair in Canada. Kyle was so kind and worked creatively to find a way to get these pants to us. So many of the other stores said that that there was no way to help us. “The staff here are amazing! Ordered part of a sweatsuit in store, and another part online because they didn’t have my size. My online order got cancelled by Roots Canada, and I was extremely disappointed, as I wanted the matching pair. I brought the sweater back looking to exchange/return, and they found me the pants at another store, in the size and colour I wanted. Staff were absolutely lovely and went above and beyond.”

“I went to this location on November 11th to look for a winter jacket. I found what I wanted at a great price but it wasn't available in my size. I asked if any more were available. The staff were very helpful and when they were unable to find my size ordered it online for me. It arrived a couple of days later and is exactly what I wanted!”

I had a couple exchanges to switch sizes and the staff were so friendly and helpful, she actually found where everything was and got the sizes I was looking for within a minute. That would’ve taken me a while to find on my own.

“I had a great experience at boathouse on Saturday thanks to Olivia!! She went above and beyond to help me find everything I was looking for. If something wasn’t available in my size, she checked for other sizes or suggested similar options that worked just as well.
She was really friendly, attentive, and clearly enjoys customer service. She helped set me up with a change room and checked in with me frequently while trying things on, which I really appreciated. Her help and positive attitude made my shopping day easy and actually enjoyable.

I felt I was able to be honest with her about what I was looking for - I find it so hard to shop for jeans and denim shorts and leave feeling good about myself. Our salesperson, greeted us in a very polite and positive manner. She explained to each of us the details of the discounts for that day.
She was most helpful when we were checking out our items. She walked us through the steps to do on our phones, to ensure we got a discount on our next visit to the store. I have never had an unpleasant shopping experience at this particular store.”
