“I bought a fabulous black leather short jacket, which feels like it was made for me. My girlfriend purchased the same style, but in a flattering brown colour. Our salesperson, greeted us in a very polite and positive manner. She explained to each of us the details of the discounts for that day. She was most helpful when we were checking out our items. She walked us through the steps to do on our phones, to ensure we got a discount on our next visit to the store. I have never had an unpleasant shopping experience at this particular store.”

“Great clothes in excellent condition and great brand names. One major downfall of this store is that they do not group by size, they group by color. This was really annoying. First I want to find my size and then by style. Color only enters into the equation when it's black - a color I never buy. I was told the reason for sorting by color is that some clothes don't have the size tags. My silent response to that is ask the person bringing in the clothes to tell u the missing sizes. It's a consignment store after all. Will I go back? Most likely I won't as this sorting through the racks was painful.”

“I was shopping with my daughter for a pair of Birkenstocks. We went to the shoe store just down the hall from Journey's and not one of the sales associates looked at us or greeted us. I said to my daughter that there's a spot a few stores down and we can see if they sell Birks. Was greeted by a Journey's employee who asked if we needed help. I said we're looking for kids' Birks. He pointed us in the right direction. Another associate was more than happy to help also and got us the size we needed. We walked out with a pair of Birkenstocks and a new favourite shoe store in the Cataraqui Mall.”

“I am so thankful for Kyle and his staff at the Kingston RW & Co store. Kyle has gone above and beyond to help me out of a bad situation. I am in Winnipeg and needed a pair of suit pants for an August 15th wedding. The pants were sold out online and the Kingston store had the last pair in Canada. Kyle was so kind and worked creatively to find a way to get these pants to us. So many of the other stores said that that there was no way to help us. Thank you Kyle for making customer service a high priority! So appreciated!”

I had to narrow it down to 4 out of dozens of stylish dresses, short and long. Best part was the owner knew what would look good on my shape and I did purchase one of her suggestions, one I had passed over. Dress and shoes for under $250? Yes!”
