This is a larger location with much better selection than others.My only complaint is that their shoes seem to only go up to a size 11 now, they had literally no shoes of size 12 or larger in store, I was told I'd have to order them online and even the staff was confused. Disappointed since I saw a few pairs I would have liked to try on, but none in store.”

“The staff here are amazing! Ordered part of a sweatsuit in store, and another part online because they didn’t have my size. My online order got cancelled by Roots Canada, and I was extremely disappointed, as I wanted the matching pair. I brought the sweater back looking to exchange/return, and they found me the pants at another store, in the size and colour I wanted. Staff were absolutely lovely and went above and beyond.”

“I stopped into the Kingston store on my way home and it was a very nice store. As I was brousing around a girl by the name of Brittany asked if she could help me find anything. I said I was just looking around but then found a pair of jeans I really liked and asked if I could try them on and Brittany showed me to the dressing room and said if you need different sizing just ask I'll hang around within ear shot. Well I ended up buying the jeans. She was very polite and not pushy like alot of sales ppl. I will definitely go back to buy from the Kingston store again.. . Very nice girls work there.”

“We had a great experience with the owner. We did a early shop for a prom dress not sure what to expect. She just confirmed our daughters dress size and directed us to the dress racks that had that size. She was super accommodating and did not push us into buying any dress. Instead kept encouraging us to try on as many dresses as possible and to check out other local stores to make sure that we were satisfied with our choice. We were impressed with the quality and uniqueness of the dress options. We did end up buying a dress from this store and she gave us suggestions on what to accessorize with.”
