“Excellent experience. I can highly recommend them. I had some issues with hiking shoes I bought last year. I could not find the receipt anymore so I presumed I was out of luck. But Trailhead went out of their way to figure out when I bought them and immediately put in a warranty claim. I then purchased a new pair of boots. When I tried them the next day and I was not fully satisfied with the fit and realized I had made a mistake. I went back and it was no problem to return them. The overall experience is so much better than you run of the mill big box stores. They are not more expensive and in fact add value to your purchase by giving you a wider selection, expert advice and personal attention.”

“WOW, where do I start!!?? Today on my day off I was looking to stop at Golf Town before my round. I was greeted with open arms upon my arrival. It felt as if all my worries in life were lifted. When I started my search for the items I was visiting for, a nice young man came up to me and asked if he could aid me in my search. I agreed. He then began to show me multiple items that were on sale and it made the shopping experience like no other. His knowledge of every aspect of the store and items was most impressive. All the staff made it such an easy process and an enjoyable one.This store has come a long way and every time I visit, their level of customer service seems to get better and better with every time I come in. So, thank you to the very handsome young man that made my visit a walk in the park and to the very friendly customer service staff at the front of the store. Way to go Golf Town Kingston! I called to explain what I was looking for and seeking some advice. Due to being from out of town and not able to visit in person right away, Christina took the time to complete an assessment of my feet virtually to provide recommendations on what would be most suitable. She was extremely knowledgeable and when I was able to try her recommendations on that she had set out for me, every single pair fit great. We continued to talk through the specs of the shoes as well as various ways to lace for relief due to width and to prevent the slipping of heels. I have been walking daily in the pair I purchased for almost 1 month now and they are the perfect shoe for me.
