“After a lifetime of running and other athletics my knees and feet are shot. Just had one knee replacement. So I’m very particular about proper fitting shoes. And I found the right place at Runners’ Choice. Christine, the owner, measured my feet correctly and took into account my knee and foot issues. She had me try on several shoe models but neither of us were completely satisfied. I was placed on the list for a pair that she thought would work. Once delivered she arranged to fit me at home as I had just had that knee surgery. She brought several more shoes including the order ones. Talk about service-she came to my home! I bought the New Balance 880 version 15, 2E. Very happy with the service and shoes provided. Great independently owned Kingston business. Worth our support.”

“Outstanding customer service! Under Armour truly stands behind its products. I recently visited the store with a pair of UA shoes I had purchased over a year ago. The manager noticed that part of the shoe was starting to come unglued. Since they no longer carried that particular model, he took the time to show me the closest alternatives currently available. To my surprise, they replaced my shoes completely free of charge! I wasn’t even there expecting a replacement, which made the experience that much more impressive. This is what exceptional customer service looks like. It’s refreshing to see a company that genuinely stands behind its products and takes care of its customers. They’ve definitely earned my loyalty!”

“I was given these Sandler by my son and they are/were very comfortable and easy to get off and on. I was at the beach and caught a to and this was the result. I found the Kingston store on Google and went there last Thursday and was immediately met by a manager. After explaining the situation and her accepting that they were less than a year old, she replaced them at no cost. On top of my fantastic and comfortable winter boots. I’m becoming a convert to their quality, provided the Sandler get through 4-5 more seasons (as the manager said these were the 1st she’d seen break like this.”
