“We had the most pleasant experience today with one of your cashiers. Her name is Courtney and she was a delight! Quick efficient and so personable. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with such a wonderful employee. Keep your smile. You make people happy. Thank you for the hard work you do! We appreciate you.”
“Purchased a watermelon yesterday. Cut it open & was pink and tasteless. Took it back to courtesy desk, and Jacqui said just go get another. Dawn at produce cut the replacement melon open & it was wonderful! Both these ladies, Jacqui & Dawn were both courteous & helpful. This made for a pleasant experience, thank you ladies! Daniel Lloyd”
