“Owner needs to learn Canadian culture and human behaviorThe guy is rude and doesn't know how to speak with customers in a respectful way. Rude and disrespectful guy that owns the place. Trash service anyway. I don't recommend going here.”

“Ever since the new owners took over, this place has become so wonderful. They are very pleasant and it shows that they know (and care about) what the public wants/needs.The items they sell are VERY well priced and there are a lot of options! I could do most of my grocery shopping here, which is nice to have these days seeing how busy grocery stores are. The store is also very clean and well maintained.I can’t recommend this place enough. If your going to go to a convenience store, go to this one. You will not be disappointed and I guarantee you’ll go back.Keep up the good work!”

“Lots of essential grocery and household items on hand, always at a fair price. The owner is so lovely! She's always super helpful and great with her customers! You can see the dedication she puts into her store. A great quick-stop for locals”
“This place never lets you down. Always open any time of any day of the year. Staff is always great and helpful. You can pretty much get whatever you can think of when you’re in a pinch. I’ve been coming to this place for 15+ years, and it has definitely gotten way better over the last 4 years after the extension.”
“One of the best places to visit for quick set up of movie night or party or vaping devices or convinient needs. They have everything you can ask for for the convinience store and more.
Plus the Imported pop which are being sold here are amazing. From every country in the world they can get the things from.
Plus the prices are cheaper as they can get. Must visit place.”
“Staff treats you like family, good prices. Excellent Selections. Later hours opened. Only ever shop at the store. I love them and they know my family members by name. There great.”
“I only needed a small portion of spices for our Fusion cooking class here at the Salvation Army. Sami took care of helping me obtain a small portion. Great customer service ❤️”
“Amazing store. Always well stocked, super cute, friendly lil' Korean fam. Some aisles are like a weird anthropological study. Knitted hats, children's toys, face washes. If you're looking for something, look for it here.”

“Staff is friendly. Never had any trouble visiting this location. Owner is a very kind lady. I had a concern a year ago, she listened empathetically and resolved it.”
“It was Labour Day and I was on a mission to feed my Covid positive vegan friend. Surely an impossible feet? A very friendly, warm man welcomed me. And I’m so grateful Kitchener Highland Convenience was there for both of us that day ❤️❤️”
“The staff are friendly, the pizza is very good, and UHaul rentals are quick, convenient, and fair.
I highly recommend giving this place a try!”
“Typical convenience store, with a hot food takeout accessed from inside. Could use a good scrub and a paint, but just a typical convenience store. Takeout is good.”
“I have been stopping by this Little Short Stop on Tuesdays and Fridays to buy my lottery tickets for years. Every time I visit this store I am always greeted with a friendly hello by the lady behind the counter. I believe her name is Awdha (not sure if that is how you spell it). She is such a lovely person and it is always so nice to have a little chat each time I come in. The store is always well maintained, well stocked and clean. The only disappointing thing is she never sells me the winning lottery ticket!!! Maybe one day (LOL).”

“Generally, a good store and super handy. The staff are super likeable, but I was a tad disappointed on Tuesday, March 5th at approximately 3:20 a.m., where the doors were locked and no one in the structure would answer the door, OR my calls. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm....so much for "24 hours"......”
“It’s Clean and staff behind the counter are friendly. I only go for gas and the occasional energy drink, but I do notice that sometimes the promotions are not updated.”
“This family run convenience store has a unique charm that sets it apart. The warmth and kindness from the friendly staff and owner create a welcoming atmosphere. From essentials to local finds, they've got it all. It feels like more than just a store; it feels like a community hub. Highly recommend!”
“I like that I can buy pop and candy, and there's always a good meth pipe and a kids school right across the street. Plus like munchies galore and I can get cash for my crypto and maybe even some wobbly pops to make the kids less resistant”
