“Honestly never experienced care like the team at this pharmacy have provided. I transferred my meds to here and one of them has had real stock constraints. They been diligent in seeking and getting what they can they actually called me a week before I ran out when something surprisingly came into stock. They have been detailed in explaining supply issues, ask great questions about medical care, and go above and beyond while being super pleasant to intetact with. “Love this pharmacy! I used to live right around the corner so it was incredibly convenient in addition to having AMAZING staff, but I moved about 10 minutes away by car and its definitely not convenient anymore but I absolutely love this little shop and will continue to pick up my meds here till the end of time.

They have an app you can use to reorder meds without needing to call into the store, and that was an amazing quality of life upgrade for me personally because I often remember to place refills late at night when the store is closed. Now I can place the request at anytime and it will go through the next business day.

They always make sure I'm well informed about all my medications and how to use them, they even provide some tips & tricks to help with my struggle of swallowing medium/large pills.

Really recommend switching to this pharmacy if your regular one is a shoppers or walmart or even costco pharmacy because this pharmacy absolutely BLOWS them out of the water in every possible way.”

“I always had a good experience with Spark pharmacy.The pharmacist Jignesh is so friendly and helpful.They are prompt in the service.And even keep a track of our regular medicine in a way helping us to get it before the medicine is over.They even deliver the medicine on request.The complex even has doctor .Ample car parking .

I feel like they have created an environment where I have a Pharmacy team that is working behind the scenes making sure that every penny I spend is the least amount that I have to pay one way or another. I am sure that I am not so special that I am the only one experiencing such personal care, I am confident that every patron of Beechwood Pharmacy feels the same way because of the intimate conversations I have had with patrons who joined me while we wait a few minutes to get our medication. “How this Andrew St. PHARM. has anything but a 5/5 Star rating blows my mind!! I've been to many different pharmacies in the last few years since my back gave out and needed surgery.. I won't go to anyone else now!! I've been going to Andrew St. For over a year now maybe even 2 years on a monthly basis and I can't believe how many times they still surprise me by going above and beyond!! I won't go ANYWHERE ELSE!!Maybe it is because I'm a regular there but on numerous occasions they have called me on a friday simply to remind me that they close earlier on Fridays & that they are closed on weekends & they wanted to make sure I was aware to make sure I wasn't left suffering through the weekend!! I have never ever even heard of another pharmacy put even close to the kind or effort into their customer service as this Team/Staff does!!.. I always feel welcome as I am always greeted with a smile without fail! No matter who is working that day!.. Infact I've experienced the complete opposite almost every other pharmacy I've dealt with!! With maybe 1 exception!!..I used to go to shoppers on a regular basis.. and it had to have been close to 9 months straight of me going there monthly and often times back then I was there bi-weekly!! You'd think after asking them to order your medication ahead of time that they would finally start putting it in their system to order more of this medication in before your prescription needed to be refilled since your prescription was needing to be filled every 30 days on the button!! How hard is this to do?! Fill prescription.. order more.. REPEAT!!!! Of course not!! Nope!! Instead every single month you have to drive 20 minutes twice a month there and back due to the incompetence and/or laziness of the staff members there!! You'd think they could get it right at least once!! N then to have rude service on top of it all!!So after my experience with shoppers(every location share this gift of incompetence apparently.. unless you get lucky with a diamond in the rough! Lol), and a few other pharmacies.. I am left absolutely absolutely dumbfounded that there are people out there that are unable to appreciate the quality of service that Andrew St Pharmacy provides!! ESPECIALLY when comparing to most other pharmacies!! This Pharmacy and their staff deserve a recognition and a metal of some sort!! Lol[So quick shout out to all the complainers on this review list!!—>Maybe someone had an off day and made the mistake of serving someone out of order and you had to wait a minute longer.. OR maybe you the customer are impatient and rude with also having a personality equating to the bump on the long in the hole in the bottom of the sea and therefore deserve to wait and/or be ignored and this was actually the most polite way of telling you how amazing you are as a person!?!?! THERES A THOUGHT!!! ????Mirrors arent just for doing makeup!! They can also be a great wakeup call too!! ??Just sayin ?]P.S. THANKS AGAIN TO THE AMAZING STAFF AT ANDREW ST PHARMACY!!
