βMy wife and I have been customers of Apothecare for some time now and have nothing but good things to say.
This is the way care at a pharmacy was intended to be, with individualized, focused service. As others have stated, the difference between Apothecare and the chain pharmacies is astounding. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.β
βHonestly never experienced care like the team at this pharmacy have provided. I transferred my meds to here and one of them has had real stock constraints. They been diligent in seeking and getting what they can they actually called me a week before I ran out when something surprisingly came into stock. They have been detailed in explaining supply issues, ask great questions about medical care, and go above and beyond while being super pleasant to intetact with. I didn't even know a pharmacy team could make me feel cared for like they have. Appreciate them so much and couldn't recommend these fine professionals more.β
βBryan and Alysse are exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. We get all our shots here which are done with no pain( bonus)! The pharmacy is well stocked with everything you need. And, Alysse has a great flair for design. Her purse collection and other gift items are fabulous!β
βI always had a good experience with Spark pharmacy.The pharmacist Jignesh is so friendly and helpful.They are prompt in the service.And even keep a track of our regular medicine in a way helping us to get it before the medicine is over.They even deliver the medicine on request.The complex even has doctor .Ample car parking .

βPersonally have seen doctor Vu many times for many reasons, some of which had nothing to do with just his pharmacy but for medical advice and to ask questions, he never put me in the wrong path and has been a perfect example of what all medical professionals should strive for. All these allegations are either fake or references things that are years old and are a textbook example of how if you want a narrative to be right youβll find something to use to make it so.β
βMahad and his team are amazing. I have only gone there a couple of times, and he remembers me by name. I was surprised. His customer service skills are unmatched!β

βITβS A STRUGGLE as Iβve turned 65 and no longer have private insurance, and on a fixed income. I have easily transitioned over to the Ontario drug benefit plan, and I am realizing that although I am very grateful for this plan almost all of my prescription medications are not covered, and I would need to pay for them. The team at Beechwood Forest Pharmacy provide such personal and professional assistance, and go above and beyond the larger chain Pharmacy experience. The Pharmacy team Revie my personal records at my request and contacted me to discuss alternate medications which ARE covered by the Ontario Drug benefit plan, For prescriptions that I am currently taking AND Took the initiative to contact my doctor to get approval, which he always does. The Pharmacist Noha and Pharmacy Assistant Katie have taken The time to nurture a personal relationship with our family, making us feel like someone has our back as we navigate this new territory. I feel like they have created an environment where I have a Pharmacy team that is working behind the scenes making sure that every penny I spend is the least amount that I have to pay one way or another. I am sure that I am not so special that I am the only one experiencing such personal care, I am confident that every patron of Beechwood Pharmacy feels the same way because of the intimate conversations I have had with patrons who joined me while we wait a few minutes to get our medication. I am not one who posts Google reviews, But my experience has been and continues to Prove that this is not a one off experience, but how they actually operate day-to-day. If you are not happy with the big box Pharmacy experience, Join Beechwood Forest Pharmacy, and enjoy the personal and professional experience As well as their delivery service, Which they also manage to find ways to accommodate my schedule for delivery. βI took my toddler in today for an immunization and they were so good with her! They put her right at ease with a stuffed teddy to hold, a lollipop, and a fun bandaid. Would definitely recommend!β

βLiterally the only place i could find that would do a compound medication for my cat, which im incredibly grateful for. They work well with my vet in regards to the prescription. Also ive never had a bad interaction.β

βGreat pharmacy with other shops near by, massage parlor, pizza store, dentist, hair salon and convince store. Pharmacy offers Covid shots, vaccinations, and prescriptions for minor aliments. Dr. Michael is very friendly, and has been a great support to me over the past few weeks.

βHow this Andrew St. PHARM. has anything but a 5/5 Star rating blows my mind!! I've been to many different pharmacies in the last few years since my back gave out and needed surgery.. I won't go to anyone else now!! I've been going to Andrew St. For over a year now maybe even 2 years on a monthly basis and I can't believe how many times they still surprise me by going above and beyond!! I won't go ANYWHERE ELSE!!Maybe it is because I'm a regular there but on numerous occasions they have called me on a friday simply to remind me that they close earlier on Fridays & that they are closed on weekends & they wanted to make sure I was aware to make sure I wasn't left suffering through the weekend!! I have never ever even heard of another pharmacy put even close to the kind or effort into their customer service as this Team/Staff does!!.. I always feel welcome as I am always greeted with a smile without fail! No matter who is working that day!.. Infact I've experienced the complete opposite almost every other pharmacy I've dealt with!! With maybe 1 exception!!..I used to go to shoppers on a regular basis.. and it had to have been close to 9 months straight of me going there monthly and often times back then I was there bi-weekly!! You'd think after asking them to order your medication ahead of time that they would finally start putting it in their system to order more of this medication in before your prescription needed to be refilled since your prescription was needing to be filled every 30 days on the button!! How hard is this to do?! Fill prescription.. order more.. REPEAT!!!! Of course not!! Nope!! Instead every single month you have to drive 20 minutes twice a month there and back due to the incompetence and/or laziness of the staff members there!! You'd think they could get it right at least once!! N then to have rude service on top of it all!!So after my experience with shoppers(every location share this gift of incompetence apparently.. unless you get lucky with a diamond in the rough! Lol), and a few other pharmacies.. I am left absolutely absolutely dumbfounded that there are people out there that are unable to appreciate the quality of service that Andrew St Pharmacy provides!! ESPECIALLY when comparing to most other pharmacies!! This Pharmacy and their staff deserve a recognition and a metal of some sort!! Lol[So quick shout out to all the complainers on this review list!!β>Maybe someone had an off day and made the mistake of serving someone out of order and you had to wait a minute longer.. OR maybe you the customer are impatient and rude with also having a personality equating to the bump on the long in the hole in the bottom of the sea and therefore deserve to wait and/or be ignored and this was actually the most polite way of telling you how amazing you are as a person!?!?! THERES A THOUGHT!!! ????Mirrors arent just for doing makeup!! They can also be a great wakeup call too!! ??Just sayin ?]P.S. THANKS AGAIN TO THE AMAZING STAFF AT ANDREW ST PHARMACY!! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!! DON'T LET ANYONE TELL YOU OTHERWISE!! REMEMBER IF ANYONE HAS ANYTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY.. βThe pharmacists here have always been friendly and professional. Really, never had a complaint of any kind. Note that the GPS location in Google seems to be out of whack; the pharmacy is in the Sobeys store of course, not a block down the street.β
