“We get our kids' school shoes and winter boots here every year. I like their selection... we can get something cheaper like sketchers for indoors and something a little more expensive, like Asics or New Balance for outdoors. We are part of the loyalty club and get a decent amount of $ off a pair of shoes because of it. The customer service is friendly but nothing to write home about to be prepared to do your own hunting for shoes and sizes.”

“i came to exchange some shoes today, I walked and was greeted by people that looked like they wanted to die, so that was good start, the guy working hardly even looked up at me from what he was doing and told me without a receipt there was nothing he could do, and I understand that but i had the Mastercard transaction, i was told no receipt no luck, so i left when i look up the exchange policy on footlockers website is says returns and exchanges can be made without a receipt with i had the transaction, so i called and talked to the manger Nikita, she was amazing, she was very helpfull and got our shoes exchanges with no hassle and was even able to reprint my receipt, the guys working before killed my thoughts of Footlocker but Nikita saved it! thank you for making things right!”
