“What an awesome experience. After a quick phone call with Al a few days before the appointment he was able to curate an incredible selection of pieces for me to try on. I tried on a bunch of stuff I wouldn't have in a typical store and ended up really liking a lot of his picks. He also built a wicked playlist based on my tastes. Could not recommend this more. Comfortable, curated, private and efficient.”

“Came in to buy a new pair of shoes today, and was helped by the sweetest most professional girl. Victoria really did her best to consider everything I was looking for. She gave me suggestions based on my current shoes, and asked great questions about my foot’s shape, heel, and ankles. She asked how they affect the kind of shoes I typically wear, and gave me suggestions accordingly. Almost every shoe she recommended fit what I was looking for in size, style, and shape. In the end I left with a pair of high top converse. She even recommended a shoe protectant to preserve the canvas. Absolutely wonderful customer service, great knowledge or product, wonderful balance of professionalism and charisma, with the best communicative skills.”

“I really needed a new pair of winter boots, but the problem was I had orthotics and it’s really annoying to take them in and out of winter boots.
I was helped by the manager, his name was Luis, very friendly and helpful!! He showed me a pair of Ugg boots that folded up and down on the sides, so it made it really easy too put my insoles in and out of them. What a great find!! Very helpful and very professional.

“Great local spot for quality shoes and friendly, attentive service. It's the middle of event season so I wasn’t surprised to find that some styles were sold out in my size. That said, the staff were super helpful and still managed to find the perfect shoe for my needs! It’s the only independent shoe store in the area, and the staff really take the time to help you find what you’re looking for. Prices are only slightly higher than the chain stores, but the quality, selection, and personalized experience are 1000 times better than what you'd get at the mall. If you're at ALDO right now, turn around, leave, and come here! Glad to support a local business that genuinely cares about its customers!”

“The team at Runner’s Choice are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I came in a few times trying to find something that would replace my old stability shoes.
We went through most of the shoes they had in store until they helped me find one that would work for my feet. They showed me some shoes I wouldn’t have considered (since I normally go for a stability shoe) and ended up getting the ASICS Novablast 5. They didn’t have the colour I wanted in store so they helped me order it online and it was ready for pick-up in 2 days.
I also love that they have a treadmill in store so you can try them on and get a feel for the shoe. Definitely makes it easier for the shoe selection process.
Would definitely recommend checking out Runner’s Choice the next time you’re looking for some new shoes!”
