The TD bank branch provided good service and a helpful agent. The staff was professional and quick and they answer questions with advice. A client appreciate the quick manner and the agent was really nice and communicates well. To create an account do that by appointment and the appointment is cancelled due to not enough staff. The location had high turnover and staffing level is constantly changing, so service can be hit or miss. A short notice meeting gave the best advice and the service provided was really nice.

I have been a client of TD bank now. And I would say this branch helped me the most. They have a very good agent and I would recommend Nadine Ibrahim for any financial help. I really did appreciate her and she had helped a lot.

I have been to this location twice for a drop in case; I needed a new card. Front desk is consistently understaffed. The other unoccupied staff members provide no communication or help. Expect a long wait if someone is being helped in front of you.
