Ordered a pair of Hoka Mach 5s. While the UPS delivery was lacking, the service from Backroads was amazing!Thank you, Aaron and staff, for the handwritten note, a great price and the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn! I will not hesitate to order from you in the future.

Ordered a pair of Hokas (that were on sale), got a message that they were out of stock but that they could send me the newer version / same shoe, and honor the sale price. I also loved the handwritten 'thank you' note in the package. Great service, thank you!
