“The two workers were so friendly and helpful. Felt more happy and relaxed (from an anxious person). They had the 10 for 42 sale but many of the styles were not in stock in my size. Said they can order at the counter and have it shipped free (limited time offer?) but I thought easier to just order online so I can make a joint order with AE. Felt bad I walked out with nothing.”

“The representative that helped my mother and I was fantastic! They didn’t have my mom’s size in the store so she offered to look it up online, found the correct size and had it delivered to our home free-of-charge. And it was a blouse on clearance so we were so surprised at the support. We really appreciate the friendly and top-notch customer service at this store.”

“Whenever I come to the store the staff are so nice and helpful. They will ask if I need help but won’t follow me around if I tell them I’m good. They answer any questions- let me know about sales- and have been very friendly. I went once during the Sanrio voting and asked about the “I voted” sticker. One of the employees kept looking for the sticker that corresponded with the character I voted for- going through all the stickers for me and was very apologetic when they did not have the one I was looking for. I did not mind, but I still appreciate that they searched through their whole stock and were so kind about it.”

“It's London's hidden gem! Every time I enter the store it's like a treat for your senses. I've gotten some of my favourite pieces from here and I love how they exclusively sell collections from small, environmentally friendly brands. There's something there for everyone!”
“I had to find a guest prom dress a couple months ago. I was in a rush because prom was next week and I absolutely had no idea what I wanted or would look good in. There were these couple young girls that greeted me with so much kindness and enthusiasm, they got very excited when I told them my prom theme and started bringing dresses to try. I really appreciated all this because I was shopping by myself and didn’t know what I was even doing! Everyone was so sweet and recommended me a place to buy shoes and purse for prom as well. One of the girls there brought me their last yellow dress that was in my size and on sale! I loved it so much and got compliments from the workers there and people in the other try on stalls!! overall a very friendly environment and affordable and helpful!”

I am also fanatic for great customer service and as long as I can remember I shop a lot at Levi’s stores all over the world, and Masonville Mall London Ontario is no exception . I tell you every time I visited this location I was greeted with great customer service doesn’t matter what time of the day month or year. I however want to send out a huge thank you to Tarik , this guy is amazing , friendly , polite , professional and knowledgeable , sometimes I go in to browse not to shop and end up leaving with multiple items, he somehow know’s what I like and always find me something .
