“The two workers were so friendly and helpful. Felt more happy and relaxed (from an anxious person). They had the 10 for 42 sale but many of the styles were not in stock in my size. Said they can order at the counter and have it shipped free (limited time offer?) but I thought easier to just order online so I can make a joint order with AE. Felt bad I walked out with nothing.”
“I had a great experience shopping at Eastern House. The store has a wide variety of elegant dresses and traditional outfits, and everything looks very high quality. “My wife and I hit every store in Masonville Place trying to find an outlet for her to wear that fits for an upcoming wedding. We were not having any luck and historically RW&CO. Never carried her size either so we typically never check here. As a Hail Mary attempt, we went in and I am so glad we did. Not only was the sales associates helpful and attentive, but one in particular, Carolina (not sure on spelling) was amazing. She provided suggestions and recommendations that my wife would not normally try and it was successful.
We ended up finding a perfect pair of pants that was her exact size and a top to go with it.
Her politeness and help turned a store that was a former “no-go” for us to are now “1st choice” for our formal and casual needs.

“Whenever I come to the store the staff are so nice and helpful. They will ask if I need help but won’t follow me around if I tell them I’m good. They answer any questions- let me know about sales- and have been very friendly. I went once during the Sanrio voting and asked about the “I voted” sticker. One of the employees kept looking for the sticker that corresponded with the character I voted for- going through all the stickers for me and was very apologetic when they did not have the one I was looking for. I did not mind, but I still appreciate that they searched through their whole stock and were so kind about it.”

“I had to find a guest prom dress a couple months ago. I was in a rush because prom was next week and I absolutely had no idea what I wanted or would look good in. There were these couple young girls that greeted me with so much kindness and enthusiasm, they got very excited when I told them my prom theme and started bringing dresses to try. I really appreciated all this because I was shopping by myself and didn’t know what I was even doing! Everyone was so sweet and recommended me a place to buy shoes and purse for prom as well. One of the girls there brought me their last yellow dress that was in my size and on sale! I loved it so much and got compliments from the workers there and people in the other try on stalls!! overall a very friendly environment and affordable and helpful!”

Today I stopped in to order a particularly difficult item for my daughter, and Saleena and Jessica went above and beyond to help. Not only did they place the order for me, but they also worked through different options to figure out the fastest way to get the product to me. Their effort, patience, and problem-solving made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

“I wanted so badly not to like everything, but for the most part, the fit and feel of each peice was too good to put back. These pieces are investments in your wardrobe and so worth it. They are flattering and fabrics are long lasting. I also found everything was true to size.

I am also fanatic for great customer service and as long as I can remember I shop a lot at Levi’s stores all over the world, and Masonville Mall London Ontario is no exception . I tell you every time I visited this location I was greeted with great customer service doesn’t matter what time of the day month or year. I however want to send out a huge thank you to Tarik , this guy is amazing , friendly , polite , professional and knowledgeable , sometimes I go in to browse not to shop and end up leaving with multiple items, he somehow know’s what I like and always find me something .
