“5 stars all around for Joseph’s Clothiers. There’s no wonder this place was recommended to me by almost everyone I asked in London when looking for a tux for my wedding.
Jeff helped me through the entire process and made everything incredibly easy. I thought renting a tux would be stressful and complicated, but it ended up being smooth from start to finish. He was transparent, honest, and took the time to walk me through all the best options without any pressure. He also helped get the sizing perfect, and the tux looked amazing on the wedding day.
I was honestly surprised by how reasonable the pricing was considering the quality of the tux and the level of service I received. Highly recommend Joseph’s Clothiers. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was absolutely worth taking the time to write about.”

“Superb service at the alteration shop attached to the store. I’ve used the alteration service twice, and the work is fantastic. On top of that, the service could not have been better. Brad recently helped me out with rush service hemming some pants and I could not have approached the service more.”
“We were looking for a specific shade of men’s blue suit to match groomsmen for a wedding outside of Canada. Elham was incredibly helpful and attentive. She really tried her best to show us different price points, and tried different blue suits in different lighting to compare against our reference photo. We ended up purchasing a suit, shirt and tie. And she made alterations on the spot. @Elham the shade of blue ended up matching PERFECTLY with the rest of the wedding party! Thanks!”

“My wife and I hit every store in Masonville Place trying to find an outlet for her to wear that fits for an upcoming wedding. We were not having any luck and historically RW&CO. Never carried her size either so we typically never check here. As a Hail Mary attempt, we went in and I am so glad we did. Not only was the sales associates helpful and attentive, but one in particular, Carolina (not sure on spelling) was amazing. She provided suggestions and recommendations that my wife would not normally try and it was successful.
We ended up finding a perfect pair of pants that was her exact size and a top to go with it.
Her politeness and help turned a store that was a former “no-go” for us to are now “1st choice” for our formal and casual needs.

Today I stopped in to order a particularly difficult item for my daughter, and Saleena and Jessica went above and beyond to help. Not only did they place the order for me, but they also worked through different options to figure out the fastest way to get the product to me. Their effort, patience, and problem-solving made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
The store has a great selection, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the customer service is outstanding. If you’re looking for Roots clothing in London, this is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommend!”

He took in details of what we were looking for and showed us all the options and added a little creativity of his own that helped to realize our vision all the more. Brian always treated our purchase as important, even if it wasn’t likely to be his most profitable sale for that month. He took the time to do multiple fittings until the groom felt it looked perfect. He took our opinions seriously at the same time giving helpful suggestions. He made sure to connect with me on dress colours, even bringing in a selection of ties that complemented the bridesmaid’s dresses. We were so pleased we chose to purchase with him!”

“It’s a great store and I can almost always find what I am looking for with friendly cashiers. Just a recommendation, if there is only one cashier working, they should not be taking the time to chat with customers, especially if there are others waiting in line, as I have noticed this is a frequent issue at this location.
UPDATE: I am changing my review to 5 stars after a phenomenal experience today. The attendant that helped me today was truly the best! Wish I got her name. Both helpful for helping me look for items and extremely effective as a cashier. Kudos!”
