My partner is new in the big and tall sizing world so we headed here just an hour before the wedding. The staff were knowledgeable, the clothing options were great and we had great service. They even steamed the shirt, let us wear it out and tied the tie! Couldn’t recommend this spot enough”

“The place to go in London for shirts! Very happy with the quality and selection of their shirts. A good selection of contrast collar shirts, and the option to go custom as well. The thing that really stood out to me when I walked in was the tie selection. The ties on display were tasteful and had a lot of style. It left a good first impression and showed that whoever was running the place new what they were doing, and seemed committed to their business. Robin was really friendly and seemed like a great guy, and I enjoyed chatting with him about the nuances of menswear. I enjoyed shopping here, and I really liked Robin's commitment to quality and Canadian made products. I definitely want to come back and I most certainly shall. 10/10 recommend!!”

“I've been shopping here for almost a year when I visit London and the 1 guy is helpful for all my shopping needs when I go in with my son. The other staff are also very helpful and friendly too.Always friendly and happy to help all the shoppers coming into the store. I'm guessing he may be owner or manager of store.Awesome store and great clothing amd shoe prices for kids and adults.If you are seeking scooters or skateboards they do have many options available and great prices.This store always have amazing sales going on and I remember last summer they had an awesome sale promotion for the skateboards and scooters. “A HIDDEN GEM!!!! The store had a welcoming vibe as soon as you walk in. There's a fantastic selection of clothing and a lot of variety. Found a lot of designer, which were all so gorgeous and good finds. The girl who was working there at the time was super helpful and provided great service while my friend and I shopped there. She was able to find clothing in our sizes and suggested a lot of pieces to us based on what we were trying on. To me, I think the prices were very fair and they were of excellent quality. There were also some other cool trinkets and accessories. This store has anything for everybody!!!!! Loved it”

“Really Really bad service and management.After spending 30-40 mins in store finally ended up selecting shirt for myself. Have a red clearance tag on it saying $82.99. Clearance was having 50% off so it should be $41.49. But at the cash counter it’s showed up $75. I asked what’s wrong it’s shouldn’t be that much. She said well we have new staff and both our managers are not well so they aren’t working. Well all that matters is store’s personal, none of my business. If you agreeing to the wrong tag than better be give it for the same price to the customer. Why customers pay for employees mistakes and store’s personal problems. She offers me 30% off which turned to 56$ still didn’t make any sense to me paying extras 14.50$ for store’s mistake. I also wanted to use my 15$ coupon which i got it with my last purchase because i am regular customer. She said its a last day for coupon so i ended up giving that coupon back to the lady on the cash. Don’t leave untrained people alone or if you’re going to do that than better be prepared to pay for your mistakes.”

“I was at Levi’s on the Sunday after Black Friday, and I was hoping to find a specific pair of jeans. There was a girl managing the dressing rooms named Palak, and she was super sincere and efficient with helping me find them! I had shown her photo inspiration and she was extremely competent in determining my size and desired fit! I had been worried about staying too long after the official closing time, as well as spending too much money, but she dispelled my worries by tirelessly offering and encouraging me to try on different pairs of jeans that were close to what I had in mind and shared that I also had a discount as a student! I had almost given up at the end, but due to her genuine help, I was able to find a pair of jeans that I was looking for!!”

He took in details of what we were looking for and showed us all the options and added a little creativity of his own that helped to realize our vision all the more. Brian always treated our purchase as important, even if it wasn’t likely to be his most profitable sale for that month. He took the time to do multiple fittings until the groom felt it looked perfect. He took our opinions seriously at the same time giving helpful suggestions. He made sure to connect with me on dress colours, even bringing in a selection of ties that complemented the bridesmaid’s dresses. We were so pleased we chose to purchase with him!”
