Global Pet Foods
509 Commissioners Rd W, LondonAbsolutely adore this location of Global Pet Foods for the extra caring staff that work here. I’m a pretty picky shopper when it comes to our dog. I love the quality of ingredients in their offerings and I am attached to the crew who always make it fun to come in for a shop. For this reason alone, I buy our Crumps here and not on Amazon! Also, Ida gave us excellent advice about probiotic supplementation. Handmade Valentine’s bandanas made with love ❤️are another unexpected thoughtful detail. Support businesses that make a difference!

PetSmart
1270 Wellington Rd Bldg C, LondonMy cat has occasional asthma attacks so I was looking for a litter that actually had reduced dust, since many advertise themselves as being dust-free when they are not. I asked Christie for help, and she gave me great advice and recommended a litter that was reasonably priced and is good quality. It still has a bit of dust, but it has way less than other brands I've tried! Christie was lovely, and very helpful. Thank you!

Westmount Neighbourhood Pet Clinic
851 Wonderland Rd S, LondonWe had an amazing experience with Dr. Sikander and are truly grateful for all his help. He went above and beyond in guiding us through the complicated international travel process for our dog. From paperwork to timelines, he made sure every step was done correctly so that our pet’s journey would be smooth and stress-free.
What stood out the most was his patience, professionalism, and genuine care—not just for our dog, but also for us as owners navigating a stressful situation. He answered all our questions thoroughly, provided clear instructions, and gave us so much peace of mind.
It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and compassionate. Thanks to Dr. Sikander’s efforts, we were able to complete the process without any issues. We couldn’t have done it without him and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vet who truly goes the extra mile.

Byron Animal Clinic
1310 Commissioners Rd W, LondonMy dear, sweet cat, Charlie began a very rapid decline over the last 3 days. Friends had recommended Byron Animal Clinic. Jen was so compassionate when I called and was able to get me in that same morning. Jamie was so kind and empathetic when assessing Charlie. He ensured that I understood what symptoms were present and was so gentle and kind with Charlie. Dr. Connie was professional and provided me with an honest and clear diagnosis. She allowed me time to make decisions and did not pressure me in any way. Dr. Connie understood the range of emotions I was feeling and explained what would happen with each option. With the information provided, I was able to make an informed decision that was best for my Charlie. He has been such a loyal, gentle and loving companion for me and for my son. It was so helpful to have people that understood the weight of that moment and who treated him with the same care and love. Dr. Connie and Jamie made sure that Charlie was comfortable and allowed me time to say goodbye in a way that was private and supported. I am so appreciative for the kindness of all of the staff. I can't recommend them highly enough and will be booking a check-up for my other cat soon.

In Dogs We Trust
1509 Commissioners Rd E, LondonThank you so much Taylor for your hard work with Guinness. Taylor went above and beyond for him. Guinness was scared to death of the stairs when we started but Taylor just said that’s ok I will carry your 70lb lab down the stairs( and up) After a few weeks he started to go up and down (following another dog) and last night went up the stairs after graduation independently. Classes were great and considering that I didn’t know if Guinness would make it through his first class with his crazy lab brain but I’m happy to report that Guinness is doing very well especially on his walks(something we were struggling with). Highly recommend In Dogs we Trust they really care.
