1641 Dundas St, LondonThis store is amazing. Their staff are so knowledgeable and really care about what your issue is etc. I recently got reptile and discovered this store after a google. What an incredible resource and important piece it’s been for me in the beginning of my journey owning a reptile. Dean is very knowledgeable about reptiles and patient. I ask him many questions and he always has great advice and suggestions based off his personal experience. They also have items, food etc. for other pets and have a wealth of knowledge about them as well. I will continue to come here and recommend it to anyone looking for a pet store that also has items for reptiles that isn't a massive cooperation like PetsMart. I bought most of the items I have for my reptile here.

They have supported/listened to me during the heart breaking times I had a loved one pass away. Their compassion helped me through my grief. Im grateful for their cheerfulness and welcoming everything that comes into the store. I know Stitch loves them too. Many thanks!

I went to look at the grooming area just to see the dogs, as a woman brought in her dog, her dog was scratching at the door to get in and I thought that says alot about the groomer. Sarah was so kind to me. Sarah asked about Gregory and Ed and I told her they passed away March 31and June 22nd, I started to cry and told their stories. Sarah gave me a hug. We talked for a little bit about pets she lost as well. By the time we were done she asked me if she could give me a hug for the road. I cannot say enough good things about my experience today with the staff. Shop here for the best customer satisfaction.

Big Al's Aquarium Supercentres - London
920 Commissioners Road East, LondonEven if you go as someone else's taxi to this place, there's stuff to see and do. You can watch the turtles in the little central pool they have there,and there's a pop machine which is still selling cans for a loonie. I personally feel this is kind of a big deal. I always look forward to my friend's trips to this place just so I can see the turtles and get a cab of pop for a dollar.

We are newbies here after growing tired of weak service and chronic price gouging in North London. At Firth, they are all kind, friendly, prompt, and so good with our animal family (and our humans too). Taylor was an excellent instructor who spent time with each of us individually to ensure we understood the concept she was training. The course also came with a very detailed training booklet for reference before and after the class. My puppy is on a good start of learning the basics of obedience and I am reaping the rewards of having a well behaved puppy in different situations thanks to what I learned in this program.

Country Paws Boarding
2206 Bradley Avenue, LondonI took my pup Timber here to check it out once the park area opened. The staff were super helpful, friendly and welcoming!
They have a large area for the dogs to run around in and play together, plus a large pool area called the Lagoon for pups who love water. Along with a treat shack that has lots for humans and pups.
It’s relieving to know that they always have a worker in the park area to watch along with the owners and to intervene if they see a dog getting overwhelmed, it helps greatly to stop any potential issues between dogs.
I bought a monthly membership to the park and it also comes with quite a few extra perks, and for a great price!
I highly recommend Country Paws Dog Plex to anyone who has a friendly pup, but isn’t comfortable taking them to a public city dog park.
