“My mother needed help with setting up some online banking, e-transfer, and paying off some bills while she was visiting from out of town. We went to the Manotic Toronto Dominion where we were greeted by Sara Williams who is the manager of customer experience. Sara was wonderful. Super friendly, helpful and took her time helping my mother set up her online banking, and downloading the app on her off phone for mobile banking. Sara was so patient and kind she made us feel like we were one of her family members. As a front line representative of Toronto Dominon she does your organization proud. If you need a bank account, setting up and bank payments or even need a mortgage, go in and see Sara. She will take care if you just like she did for my mother. Thank you Sara. We are grateful for you.

“as much as the reviews are deceiving, i have to say the couple times i have been inside this location i have had nothing but amazing costumer service. if you have any teller issues go see Shannon or Dalen, they both helped me with my needs and were nothing but sweethearts. Anything related to investing and finances, i 100% recommend to go meet with Claire Cao. she really is amazing and educates you using simple terms. she never forces you to do anything without having a good feeling about it and gave me a lot of suggestions as well for myself to succeed with my investments.”
