“My mother needed help with setting up some online banking, e-transfer, and paying off some bills while she was visiting from out of town. We went to the Manotic Toronto Dominion where we were greeted by Sara Williams who is the manager of customer experience. Sara was wonderful. Super friendly, helpful and took her time helping my mother set up her online banking, and downloading the app on her off phone for mobile banking. Sara was so patient and kind she made us feel like we were one of her family members. As a front line representative of Toronto Dominon she does your organization proud. If you need a bank account, setting up and bank payments or even need a mortgage, go in and see Sara. She will take care if you just like she did for my mother. Thank you Sara. We are grateful for you.

“A teller here gave me erroneous information on two occasions, the first cost me money for fees I was told I wouldn't incur, the second cost them my community association's account after embarrassing me in front of our board. However, two of their staff are super-helpful and accurate enough to make up for the rest - you'll quickly find out which ones if you deal here regularly!”

“I came here two times so far once to open my bank account and once to make a draft.I entered the bank and it was 17:58 only two minutes for the bank to close and Kelly she entertained me and accepted to make a draft for me. When I left it was 18:07 this is going out of the way to help the customers. Both time it was very good experience. I am very thankful to Kelly ? (it happened in September 2022)”

Anything related to investing and finances, i 100% recommend to go meet with Claire Cao. she really is amazing and educates you using simple terms. she never forces you to do anything without having a good feeling about it and gave me a lot of suggestions as well for myself to succeed with my investments.”
