“This review is really for TJX because the associates I dealt with at Southkeys Winners were not keen on listening to my issue and just handed me a business card to contact TJX. I had a $50 gift card with proof of purchase, that was declined and left my purchase behind. The process was time consuming as it underwent an investigation but TJX came through and provided me with a new gift card. I haven't used it yet but I assume it is good. A Manager had to be present to confirm my identity and collect the original gift certificate and receipt, she was very irritated and abrupt with the sales staff (who was very pleasant) and after collecting the appropriate info from me, she just left her staff and myself and went on to the next task. I expected some enthusiasm and maybe to hear "I am so happy we were able to resolve the issue" and maybe "have a great day" or "thank you for your business." The Manager showed no customer service skills, at least not that day. I am still giving 5 stars because I promised TJX I would!!!”

“First, understand that this is a smaller "community" store. It will not have everything on its shelves. That said, it can get everything available at any other store, if you are able to wait. Staff is pretty young, but that is also expected at these stores. Very convenient if you live in the community”

“Honestly do not know what the difference is between Marshall's and Winners. Identical clothing in both stores, could go to either one. I find Marshalls less busy but winners has a better layout”
“Of branded items is your style, you can't go wrong with Marshalls. It's neatly organised, with legible indicators so you can tell what's on sale, (you might get premium stuff for a good bargain).”

“HUGE WALMART, huge grocery section which is restocked daily! Friendly greeting staff as well. No matter what I need walmart has become my new go to place, they've only really not had a few items ive needed (vegan margarine, big canvases, candle wicks) Every isle has a wide selection except cats & books, but still this super store is just that! Its massive!!! The convenience & size is why It gets 4 stars and my realization that they dont delivery is why that 5th star stays with me! So what if I dont drive I cant buy big furniture ? I was told to go online for my two large wardrobes but when I did the site said it was too large to deliver... What? Lol!!! So i got someone with a truck to help me, someone helped bring it outside but didnt help lift it up into the truck which I found rude. The elevator outside is also always broken, which is also on bayshore but none the less enjoy walking down 8 flights of stairs with a million bags!”

“The store is changing!! Because before, just a year or two ago, things were not going well at all, the management team understood that it was necessary to change the staff on strategic points cash register and customer service good point!!! They locked the beauty products very well because before too many flights!!! We couldn't buy anything in skin care because it was being stripped!!! But I think there are still some thefts but the store is improving. Yesterday I returned an online order. The Caucasian lady with mahogany hair was cordial and professional, a change from the other people we had before!! at the checkout a girl speaks French bravo!!! We must hire French people or people who speak French. We are used to customer sales and often we are able to manage customers in relation to our studies or our habits and customs and our know-how and interpersonal skills!!! . The only problem is that we are often not bilingual but by working if we are hired we will become bilingual, "impossible is not French"!!!! The store could be cleaner in certain places, remove liquids and perhaps clean the floor, clean the fridges but that's complicated given the opening hours. There are very good baguettes but they contain sugar 3 or 4g we don't put sugar in the bread recipe that's why I buy it from Farm Boy if you tried to make sugar-free bread I would take my bread at walmart. Prices have fallen because 6 or 7 months ago everything was higher than usual. I still recommend this store which makes an effort for its customers and tries to improve despite the difficulty of hiring qualified staff.”

And honestly they have for the most part been supper accomodating to my disabilities, kind and stoped trying to get me to sign up for some visa thingy. It’s clean , The McDonald’s saved me some Pokémon cards and Glasses to buy and the savings are great. 4/5”

“I love this store. Staff is unbelievably friendly. A cashier, Judy goes out of her way to always make me feel welcome. There is a younger male cashier who works on the weekends. He is so nice to my kids. They actually asked to go see him. I go out of my way to shop here because of the good staff. I have met the management and I do not have as kind words to say, but Judy and the young guy who works on the weekends are definitely pulling more than their own weight.”
