“Last night I went in to this location for the first time as I'm in the area for a work trip. I was looking for food for my pets & a new dog crate -- I was prepared on just finding everything myself but the two young ladies working the cash were so eager to help, knowledgeable and personable! Thank you so much!! I left absolutely cheesing”

“I often bring my cat to the nail clipping event offered on the first Sunday of the month. For a donation to stray cat rescue I’m able to take advantage of a wonderful service. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store offers a variety of food and supplies and is a cheerful place to shop.”

“I was there this morning looking for dog boots. The two individuals who were working were both extremely helpful, answered a lot of questions, and offered to look at the other stores to help us find correct sizing. It was nice to see such great service and a genuine desire to help customers, especially at this busy time of year. Unfortunately, I didn't catch their names, but hopefully they see this review and know who they are. Thank you!”

“Absolutely love Shay and her grooming team. Our dogs have been coming to The Pet Shoppe for 7 years now, and we could not recommend them more. Thank you to Shay, Maryanne, and all for making sure my girl is always comfortable.”

“I want to take a moment to shout out an exceptional groomer at this location, Teegan. She is the only groomer my pup wags her tail for. Teegan gives extra care to our elderly dog, and we specifically look for her to be available for every groom on our girl. She is kind and courteous, gives meaningful feedback. Teegan gives a genuine level of CARE that isn't common. Teegan deserves to be rewarded for the level of attention and care she gives not only to pets, but to their people. Thank you!”

“Riley is amazing. He was so helpful with our bearded dragon questions. He even went to get me a cart. He went above and beyond. The manager at this store is also great.”
