I was very specific in what I was looking for: A-line, with sleeves and a classic look - not necessarily an easy find. After searching through her beautiful inventory and trying a few, she went above and beyond and ordered in 3 dresses for me (on short notice) to try at her own risk and cost. They searched with me for a cotton, wool or silk solution. We found a 100% cotton hoodie with matching pants as the solution. Me and my crazy allergies got home safe and sound.”

“I booked an appt same day conveniently on line. I was assigned Rita, she was incredible!! She truly knew what to guide me with styles that would look great! I had attended other places and was very turned off on how difficult it was to find a dress as I am a plus size and never had been. She was wonderful!! I can't say enough of how professional and her customer service was impeccable. My daughter joined me a bit later and Rita helped me passed my allotted time. Great selection to choose from, I will be bringing my friend who is the mother of the groom!”

“I did not know the shop was in Vaughn mills. When the chain first opened, I was excited to see another full figure place. It was very recently priced but, some things reporting made. Quality has definitely improved but, the prices are now very high. I would suggest taking your time and digging through the sales area to save some money. Customer service was very nice. Great fashion but, I'm always on the look for a bargain.”

“The service was great. They allowed me to go through the racks with no confrontation and took what I gave them into a dressing room so I could try them on. Needless to say everything fit. 1 hour well spent. One item that other Tommy clients noted is that the store is normally selling at less 40%. On this sale it was 30 percent less 25 percent. The savings are approximately 10%.Customers are knowledgeable and sometimes it creates a negative reaction. In closing it was a nice sale with excellent staff.”

“Felt a little bit like I was at a HK Wet Market (these are the markets that sell fresh veggies, seafood, and meat in Hong Kong) because of the huge numbers of people crammed into such a tiny space, when I was there on Black Friday. Unfortunately, this really made me feel like this brand was mass market and because people were intensely buying up everything they could get their hands on, the situation and store felt like a fire slae, bankruptcy sale, or a big sale on bread.”
