“My name is Dave Benner and I have a 2016 Sienna which I bought here at Markville. I have been coming here for service the last 22 years. Toyota is the only car I will ever buy. And Jim Makovski is the guy that always looks after our car. The car is 10 years old and has 220000 km. on it. With Jim taking care of it it will last for another 10years and 200000 km. This guy is one of the best employees you have got. He is skilled in his ability to know what the cars problems are and what is the best remedy to fix it regardless of the cost to make it last as long as possible. I’m 72 years old and need this car to last for another 10 years because I’m a senior on a limited budget. Jim is always looking for the best cost for the customers. He has been here for many years and along with other great people like Sumi Tim and chitra who set up the appointments. this is why I will never go anywhere else for my car to be serviced. Please take care of these people and reward them for their loyalty to YOU with the maximum finances possible so that their families are taken care of so that they stay here! DONT lowball these quality employees!! Please financial commend them all for fabulous customer care. Markville isGREAT because of these employees. Quick and friendly customer service. Even recommended good places nearby for other car services like tint and tire replacements. Would Highly recommend. My girlfriend’s family was also surprised with the service and prices as their mechanic is 30 min away vs this is 5 min away. Great local spot with good food spots nearby to grab a bite while you wait for smaller jobs.”
