“Had a great experience at Nissan Village today. I brought my 2019 Nissan Qashqai in for a CVT fluid change and an oil change, and the overall experience was smooth and professional. The staff were friendly, explained the work clearly, and kept me informed throughout the service. I also appreciated that they took the time to check the vehicle and answer my questions without making me feel pressured into unnecessary work. Overall, I’m happy with the service and would definitely consider coming back to Nissan Village for future maintenance. 👍”

“Great customer service experience from Andrew! My vehicle could not start in the morning, the vehicle was towed to Mercedes Benz Markham, arranged a loaner car to me right away, Andrew communicated with me clearly and in a timely manner. Once the parts are arrived, the technician repaired and returned the vehicle on the same day, it was very efficient, thank you Mercedes Benz Markham.”
