“I visited to close my bank account, as I already have accounts at several other banks locally. I don't have time to check on so many of them, so I decided to close this one.
This particular account was a grandfathered one I opened decades ago in a different currency (not Canadian), and it had run into some complications. Thankfully, after several visits to this particular branch, Lori (spelling?) and Joanne were incredibly helpful in resolving the issue.
Unlike other RBC branches I’ve been to, I really like this one. The service was great, and I genuinely enjoyed my experience.
My father is still a client at this branch, and I’ll definitely recommend that he continue using it.”

“I received excellent service at this location. My lawyer friend had to leave for a family emergency and she added me to her known acquaintance for managing her closings. This location took care of everything and made each transaction seamless. A big shout out to ANGEL. She was beyond good. She asked me all details and listened to what was being asked of her. Took notes and offered solutions if something was missing. Thats good banking - you help the customer and offer solutions for their banking needs. I would always go here and ask for Angel.”

“I needed to exchange some Euro. I was in the neighbourhood and I gave them a call. A lady answered right away, checked, and told me they have that currency. I went to the branch. I waited less than 5 minutes in line. The lady who helped me - by the name of Slavica - was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful and gave me exactly the denominations I needed.
Fast, efficient! Everything perfect!”

“I had such an amazing experience with Mandy Hsu at this BMO branch on Markham Rd. I was really stressed because my closing date came up so fast, and I needed a mortgage approved in a very short amount of time. Mandy truly went above and beyond for me. She moved everything along so quickly and made sure I understood every step, which helped calm my nerves so much.
What touched me the most was that she even helped me during her off hours, just to make sure nothing fell behind. It’s rare to meet someone who cares that much about their clients. Mandy was patient, kind, and genuinely looked out for me the entire way through.

“I got problem in retrieving my bank statements in August 2025 from TD apps , however it keeps on giving 2024 ones…. I told a TD staff in person about my issue. Her name is Selena. She helped me to request paper bank statements which will take 2 business days, but I have to fly tomorrow and I need such statements to my insurance company for some reason. Selena found a way to solve my problem. she’s very friendly and sincere, and very smart to find solutions. Her help is greatly appreciated! ?”

“A very busy branch but the staff are quite knowledgeable and patient. The branch manager, Gary, runs a tight ship and Barry is always a pleasure to work with when I see him at the front. I have also had positive experiences working with Grace, Jeremiah, Baldwin and Coral when it came to my other financial needs.
I get a little bit annoyed at the ATMs sometimes, but with how supportive the staff is, I cannot imagine using another branch.
(I know they were going through some shortages due to a couple of maternity leaves that coincided with each other and I am going to guess that is why there are a few recent reviews that complained of long waiting times.)”
