The staff immediately sat me down and gave me water. I am incredibly greatful and I appreciate the amount of care and concern shown. Thank you so much!”

“Went to this location to pick up a mattress from a gift registry. Angela in baby section was amazing and very professional. She was helping other people and advised us to wait for her, she then searched to find the registry, then she walked to the back to get us the mattress. Once she was back, I asked how much I have on the gift card and she walked all the way to the front of the store to get us the answer. My experience with this location because of this employee was amazing. Also the Yonge girl at checkout was very polite and helpful. Everyone I came in contact at the store had smile on their face. “I visited Zara at Markville Mall today evening around 7:00 PM, and while checking out, I accidentally slipped my card holder containing my driver’s license and all my debit and credit cards. I realized it only an hour or two later, after I had already left and visited another store.

I retraced all my steps and went back to check everywhere I had been. Thankfully, a kind female associate at Zara (her name started with H, unfortunately I don’t remember her full name) had kept my card holder safe and returned it to me.
