“I love the colours, texture, comfort and wearability of the hemp and bamboo clothing items I have purchased. I washed and wore my bright pink long-sleeve hemp t-shirt for many years, and replaced it only a few weeks ago. The charcoal hemp sweats that I purchased recently have quickly become my comfortable favourites. I ordered some small and some medium sizes and ended up returning the mediums for small...just an fyi. The online service was prompt and attentive, and my order was delivered in a relatively short amount of time.”

“Utsav was very patient and kind. He was wonderful when I had to do multiple returns so I can repurchase the sweaters I bought originally during Black Friday but in the correct size. He was very efficient but made sure the return went well by putting it on the gift card so I can repurchase what I needed but in the correct size and more instead of waiting 1 business day to get my money back so I can buy it again. He was very patient, kind, funny, and energetic. Overall a very positive experience. This Old Navy location always gave my family and wonderful customer service. I recommend coming here. There’s always something for everyone.”

“I’ve been there twice to purchase attire for a Sikh/Punjab wedding. Maya & Niran(not sure if I’m remembering his name correctly). Were fantastic with us. They were so patient, helpful & knowledgeable. Three of us needed 2 outfits each. With the cultural practices different from ours we were worried & wanted to make sure we picked appropriate items. They were great. Helped us stay within budget. Alterations done on the spot. Then the jewelry to match. They were open & welcoming to us. Highly recommend shopping there. I know I’ll be there again. “This is one of the moments and experience I have had thanks to first Zhahra and cecila. Starting off we went to the kids section where initially we were finding it tough to decide trackpants for my nephew as my mom and myself were shopping for him for back home.I came across the fantastic not only assistance but also pragmmatic recommendations made by zhahra which made me sign up for promotions and becoming the member of the shopping spree which never came in my mind special thanks to zhahra for it. She is not only the employee but more than that as she was doing her job with passion and helping cecila and she herself was very calm and patient with us as we were discussing and deciding in outfit she made sure other customers get attended and she balanced it well.Zhahra made my life easy in shopping me being not the best person to be around in shopping as I am always rushing but her persona and recommendation never made me feel like I was barely shopping.My special thanks to both of them and especially zhahra her customer handling, professionalism is very strong and she is the kind of person who give and treat people with respect.I would be shopping again in gap very soon and my special thanks and commendations to both of them for making me feel active and made my experience one of the best to remember.”

V good place, I apologize lol!! They hire lots of poc and v outgoing ppl, always willing to help! Wish they had more unisex options but that's ok, great variety regardless.
