I will say the store itself looks a bit understocked but certainly not a reflection on her and she was wonderful in giving us suggestions even with low inventory.”

“Highly Recommend! Extremely Knowledgeable & Helpful Staff Member for Asian Spirits
Last week before Christmas, I visited an LCBO looking to choose a Korean soju or some sake. Upon entering, I was immediately overwhelmed by the vast wall of different sakes.
I then noticed a gentleman Cody (who I believe is Chinese) explaining products to other customers in different languages. I asked him for help regarding soju, Korean shochu, and the various types of Japanese sake. He provided a complete breakdown of all the information—different grades, price points, production methods, regions of origin, and more.
His knowledge was truly impressive. I even shared a drink I had at a restaurant, and he could explain its source and background. I learned so much from him about varieties of Asian spirits, including those from China.
He was very sincere in asking about my requirements and intended use, ensuring I wouldn't waste money on overly expensive bottles. He gave honest recommendations on which ones were worth trying and which were bestsellers.
I am so grateful for his assistance. Even back in Montreal, I still remember all the information he shared, which led me to do further research online. He is a salesperson with an exceptional service attitude and incredible expertise.

“Decent size store with plenty of parking. It’s a good place to pick up your usuals during off-peak times. Checkouts are limited so avoid rush hours.Cold beer is in the back.”
“I find everyone great at this location super nice compared so some other beer stores. As a licencee, i find a lot of beer store employees power tripping, but not here. It's a happy store with a small close knit staff. I will say that beer store staff deal with a lot and deserve our respect. Everyone is fighting a battle.”
