“Ed and his team we're very kind and helpful. I Bought a beautiful tailored suit from him. The fit turned out much better than expected.
He went above and beyond to make sure all of the details were correct on my shirts and suit. As with most custom things - it took a little bit of time/adjustments which was to be expected. This was not a big deal since I went well in advance of my event.

“I’ve been shopping at Lou Lou’s since they were located in Historic Unionville. Due to their new location on Markham Road, I’m unable to visit as often. But when I do, I always pick up a few things. It’s definitely a boutique experience, with limited sizes, but that’s the fun of it!! Some of my favourite dresses and sweaters come from Lou Lou’s. I’d say the experience is similar to TNT only with a more affordable price point. Lori and staff are always super welcoming, and she even gave me a credit that I need to use soon!”

Melanie was incredibly helpful as my son and I explored the options.Initially, I was a bit uncertain about the pricing, given the remarkable quality of the t-shirts. However, Melanie not only confirmed the price but also emphasized the exceptional material, effectively endorsing the store's LCKR brand. Shortly after, she noticed our confusion regarding sizes and quickly suggested a fitting room for my son to try them on. Ultimately, we purchased 2 shirts. Although we were interested in 2 more, unfortunately, we couldn't find the right sizes among the pile.Given the ongoing sale, we understood that additional stock might not be available. However, when I inquired further with Melanie, She went above and beyond by not only checking the store's inventory but also searching both the front and back areas.
