On Thursday February the 5th I went to exchange socks that didn’t fit abd even though I had worn one pair and had no receipt Kevin, who I believe was a manager that day made it effortless and easy, I got a voucher for the store and Adriana who was helpful as well in the transaction , is very pleasant , has great verbal skills along with a great smile.
